Great Products. Great Service
I recently purchased the the PenMat 2 and a variety of tips. I love the PenMat for the friction it provides while writing and how easily it is to remove it (to watch a movie) and then replace it when I go back to writing.
Unfortunately, the metal nib of my PenTip Ink broke a few days after use. When I reached out, PenTips replied within two hours and sent me a replacement. It's rare in my experience to have such great customer service. A loyal customer earned.

Great pen mats and customer service
Not only is the customer service excellent, but the pen mats work super well. They increase the traction of the pen on the screen, so I can loosen my grip a bit and my hand doesn't cramp when I write for a long time.
I got the second version recently, and it's even better than the first. Easier to apply, sturdier, and it leaves no air pockets.
Definitely recommend.

You'll never receive your order
Waiting for the "replacement" order for my original order placed on Jan 1. It wasn't until Jan 27th that they would accept the order was list, after not scanning for over 10 days prior. This "replacement" order has been sitting in New York for over a week, after having shipped roughly 2 weeks ago. Not sure if it is the economy shipping they are using,or packaging issues, but shipping is a major issue for them.
I would recommend skipping this company and going with a competitior.

Not that sturdy, but a great feel
It felt really great to write with the INK nib, but the little metal piece just kept falling out and wiggling in its socket just about two months after I got it.

Neither smooth nor natural
The main advantage of this screen protector is that it effectively muffles the sound of the pen on the iPad. However, in my experience, it does not replicate the feel of writing on paper as expected. Instead, it feels more like writing with silicone on glass, which makes the writing process tiring very quickly due to the increased friction. While this added resistance may be beneficial for some, I personally didn't find it smooth or natural as advertised.
Given the price point (under $20), I’ve decided to keep it rather than go through the hassle of returning it. It may still be a useful option for those who prefer a higher level of friction when writing on their iPad.

Great customer care
I did not choose the truck option with my order. And my parcel was lost. Despite I didn't have a number, the customer service had reached me out and offered me a new shipment at their expense. I am impressed, it is inspiring.
