Absolutely no communication after they took my money and never sent my order. I've tried everything to contact them but of course no answer. I believe this to be a fraudulent company DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.
I have tried email as well and no answer.

A full year later you respond? I don't believe this to be a legitimate company.

Ordered two months plus ago and still not received the products. I have emailed them over the course and responses were always slow. They told me they checked with the shipping company already a month ago and I would receive shortly but nothing happened.

It is extremely weird as they said DHL is the carrier but I never get any email or call from DHL. While they said I would get the Penalty Box in 3 - 7 day, I have not yet had anything after 70 days. I asked for refund but they are quiet. I seriously doubt whether it is a scam with my painful experience. The Penalty Box is utterly a penalty to me.

(Update: I tri-checked the checkout page and I paid extra for the DHL express, i.e. 3 - 7 days (it states"$8.00 via DHL Express - 3 to 7 Days" in shipping). I should expect a BIG DIFFERENCE in delivery time. However, 81 days after my order, I have received nothing from Penalty Box. I sent my order number to the support email (the support email address of Penalty Box which they provide,following the same email chain) as suggested (on 24 Jan). No surprise, they haven't replied my email yet, just like other emails (sent on 21 Jan, 22 Jan). I believe they are trying hard to substantiate my statement that customer service is subpar. I will keep update my terrible experience I have until it is settled. As of writing, they have replied this post twice but have not replied my emails yet.)

Penalty box in my opinion is the best workout out there... there is so many amazing things you can do with it. I love that you can start at your own pace and skill level and advance as far as you want. This is such an amazing piece of equipment you can fold up and take anywhere you go from your living room to the gym and even the beach. We love the penalty box in my home my teens love doing the exercises that they made for the penalty box it really gets them moving. They love to work out together and also make up there own exercises since it goes from the four square to the hurdle the exercises are endless.... all in all I definitely recommend the penalty box for anyone who wants a good workout

I love the Penalty Box because of its versatility and the great workouts I get from it. If I’m traveling I can take it with me or if I don’t get a chance to get to the gym, all I need is a small area in my living room and can get a really good workout. The videos are great and provide that motivation I need when I can’t muster up the energy to get going. I recommend it highly!

I love penalty box!.. it is an immersive exercising tool to get you moving and to keep you moving.. no hesitation in saying one of the best products on the market no doubt!

Love the product and had a great experience with customer service. When COVID created shipping delays, Penalty Box was extremely considerate and helpful updating me of my order status every step of the way unlike some other companies. I appreciate their dedication to their product and customers.

Penalty box is a great tool for fitness levels of all kinds. The workouts are about 11 minutes long but super effective for those who don't have a ton of time to go to the gym. Penalty box is a fantastic full body workout.

Love the penalty box. I travel quite a bit and staying in shape is not easy but with penalty box it’s easy to transport and I can do my workouts with it anywhere. It’s an agility ladder and hurdle all in one. I would highly recommend this product.

By far one of the best products I've used to burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time. Some days I use it with just the one and some days I use a few. Extremely easy to use for all ages. Great quality. Amazing workouts to follow along with. Shipping was way faster than expected.

My experience with penalty box training was absolutely amazing. It is a very high quality product, it is extremely helpful to use to get myself into shape. I would love to do more penalty box trainings in the future, it will really help get myself prepared and it will increase my fitness for my soccer season.

Item has not arrived nearly 1 month after the order. I have tried to contact them….no response, they make it deliberately hard. Either it is a con or they have incredible bad customer service.

Still being charged monthly either mistakenly or for additional product that I was or have not been made aware of. And despite sending multiple emails I have received no reply as of yet.

So be careful concerning "Sales".

Please be aware of extra delivery charges on overseas orders......Firstly there was a delay in the delivery of my order to the UK, Their dispatched email has tracking detail so i was able to see that the hold up was once it entered the UK. A few days later I got a letter from parcelforce saying there were customs charges of £24.61 to pay before it could be delivered! My order had only been £44.58 which had apparently included P&P.
I have ordered many things from USA before and never had this. I emailed customer service to raise a concern re this and 1 week later they eventually replied telling me its in their Terms and conditions.
The product itself is as shown but I will not be ordering from this company again due to this hidden cost.

What can I say? I'm in love with a great way of getting fitter & stronger.

I ordered my penalty box at the end of May (3 month into the UK lockdown). They arrived mid August into the UK. Covid19 affected stocks so I cannot possibly complain.

You also get access to loads of training videos to keep motivating you to train!

I saw on their Instagram account that they've now released mini boxes at I've ordered some of them this week, to change up my training routines.

As an international customer, you receive tracking info once your order is dispatched so you can follow it on its journey to you.

A great product, a great way to get fit, fun, fast & furious cardio!
