Ordered a jacket. It eventually arrived but looked nothing like the picture and was too big. Have been chasing for 2 months for a refund but still nothing. They actually said they are not a scam company which implies they actually are!!
Don’t trust them and don’t buy from them!

It's a perfect sweater weather. Material is thick and warm. It is comfortable to wear on. Very satisfied buyer and a recommended sweater. My size info is accurate.

Watch out for this company. I thought I’d ordered a really nice dress but realised the company that was used in the advertisement was not the company that I ordered from. The video was by No Angel, and when I contacted them they were aware that Pedany were essentially using their video to scam people which obviously isn’t good for them as a company. I ordered nearly two weeks ago but nothing has been shipped yet. I’m pretty intrigued to see what if anything will arrive and in the meantime I’ve ordered the item I actually wanted from No Angel. Expensive lesson!

I eventually got my order, but had to threaten cancelling the order through PayPal. Got it about 6 weeks after the order, it was nice but not what was pictured on the website. Would not order from them again

This company is appalling. I ordered something that didn't fit andwanted to return it. They said that they would offer a 10% discount if I kept it. I declined. This carried on over several emails until they got to 70% discount, when they said they couldn't offer anymore. I said no, that I wanted to return it but they wouldn't send me a return address or anything
I said that I would take the 70%discount. They said they would refund me
That was over a month ago.
The latest excuse is that their finance system is broke but I bet that if I ordered something, it could take money off me!
Terrible company with cheap, nasty products. Don't waste your money. Stay away!!!!

Ordered 400 pounds of clothing last year received nothing scammers

Terrible service , took over a month to arrive, terrible quality very thin and cheap, terrible fit and tailoring. Does not look like the advert at all. Avoid at all costs - SHEIN and Temu much much better and better value

Stay away from this company! The clothing are the lowest quality ever, pure plastic fabric! I waited around 10 weeks for my item! I didn't know they are dispatched from China!They did not given any refund even though they have sent me an email saying that they will provide me the refund! Emailed them several time and no reply back! Stay away from them

Ordered a dress in July it didn’t arrive, after contacting them a couple of times they could not guarantee a delivery date so I cancelled the order as I wanted it for my holiday and requested a refund. After several contacts with them and given excuse after excuse about my refund I eventually threatened them and I got my refund end of September. I would not deal with this company again

After purchase no acknowledgement of order and after four weeks contacted the company. Goods were not even in stock. Requested a refund. Within two days I had received the item, which to be fair was nice and as described but with a hideous scratchy lining and about six sizes too small. No return label.

I ordered a Jumpsuit in July nothing came for weeks so I emailed them about it and I got an email back signed off with Yolo.
Wording was terrible and kept stalling for time saying my item was being processed.. Two weeks later nothing. I asked for a refund and they kept saying its being processed, I emailed them several more times and nothing just more emails that said I'll get my money back but have to wait.
I opened up a claim through PayPal and pendany the scammers kept asking me through email to close my claim down pretty quick "so then they could refund me" they couldn't refund me apparently while the dispute was open, which is a lie! They sent more emails saying if I didn't close my dispute against them then my "refund" would take 7-45 days to go through, again more lies, they were never going to refund me they just wanted PayPal off their backs.
Heres one of the emails I received after I told them I will not close my claim as I know their a scam company and if I did I cannot reopen my claim against them which is what they wanted so they don't have to pay, this took till Sept to get my money back through PayPal because they scam company was stalling me for around six weeks with lies before hand.

They don’t send your order and when you ask for a refund they ask you to wait 20 days for your order to come!!!! Absolute scam of a company!!!! Get emails like this

Do not order anything from this company total scam. Ordered dress from Facebook and as I wasn't sure if they were legit I paid by Paypal. Order took over a month to come as came from China and was not the dress I ordered. Tried to claim back from Paypay but unsuccessful as over the 30 days since order and there is nothing they can do. My advise DO NOT USE

Can't give 0 so had to give one this company is absolutely awful, I ordered a tracksuit it's awful material very cheap I asked to return they offered me 20% back and refused to send me return details after I refused they offered me 30% then another offer of 50% then 70% and told me it will cost too much to return. Please don't order off them.

I ordered a track suit from Pendany which took so long to be delivered that I cancelled the order because I was going on holiday and I was told by a customer service rep that they didn’t know when it would be delivered. I cancelled the order and was told it would take 5/10 days for a refund to be raised. I have waited 15 days and am now told there is a problem but can I be patient! I will never use this company again. I doubt whether I will ever get a refund.
I have now raised a dispute via Paypal.

There needs to be a minus rating for this company. Absolutely appalling. I thought I was buying a beautiful floaty dress but what I received was a shapeless scratchy sack.
I emailed and was offered a 20% refund, then 30%. The emails continued and I was eventually told I could have a full refund if I returned the ‘dress’ but this would cost me $20!!!!!!!!!!!
I emailed advising that I had contacted PayPal to raise a complaint and the company told me if I closed my dispute with PayPal they we issue me a full refund but could take up to 45 days!!
You really couldn’t make this up could you.
Anyway PayPal have just messaged me to say I have won the dispute and I will receive all my money within 5 days.
If you’ve paid via PayPal it’s definitely worth getting in touch with them.
If you’re thinking of buying anything from this company then DON’T. Avoid like the plague!!!!!

Ordered £115 worth of items via TikTok. Same issues as mentioned in all other reviews. Really sad that a company like this can scam so many people. Never seen my money back so with credit card company now. Fingers crossed but won't make the same mistake again.
