Lee came to look at an issue with a leaky guttering on a weekend. Gave me a fair price and did the repair there and then. When there was a tiny leak he returned and made sure the hole was sealed. Could highly recommend his company who will not rip you off
Good : They turned up quickly and started work the same day despite the bad weather.
Bad :
1.They demanded immediate payment in full even before all the work was completed. We were made to feel very uncomfortable by their pushy and bullying attitude. 2. They tried to get more money from us to carry out further unnecessary work and again became very pushy when we refused. They even threatened to do the extra work anyway.
3. They left bags of rubble and old tiles behind
4. They provivded no written quotes or receipts despite promises.

I do apologise for the delay, there was some communication issues between me and the lads on the job. Also with the conversation with the team on the job after being aware of the issue’s with your bad experience with us I was notified that you was made aware of the other issue with your roof and you declined any further work then was offered we would do a small repair free of charge an you also declined that. We do not demanded any money what so ever & carnt believe that you felt this way as no cross words accured. After looking round for someone to carry out guttering repair and pointing on the rear of my property I came across Pendle Property Maintenance, I contacted Lee who provided me with competitive quotes. I had a chat with Lee and a quick look at his reviews, happy with what I saw I arranged for the work to be carried out. Lee and his team did exactly what they said they were going to when they were going to, leaving the area clean and tidy after they had finished. We are very happy with the work carried out, we have even arranged for another job to be carried out in this next coming week and will be using Pendle Property Maintenance for more work in the future! Had Lee and Sean round after calling to ask for a quote. Came the next morning and they got on with the work and worked all day. Great quote and great lads. Had other quotes and thses were the best by far. Cleaned up afterwards and really pleased that they got it all done. Will definitely recommend them and will use again. Happy clients 👍
Really pleased with our service from these guys! Had a nightmare with a couple other companies and Pendle Property Maintenance blew them all right out of the water! Wish I’d found them sooner!
Came out promptly after the initial enquiry and had a look round, identified issues that needed resolving. Immediately gave us a quote and were able to book us in not even a week later.
Today they have been and sealed lead flashing on chimney stack and bay window, repointed ridge tiles and replace some broken slates. They were efficient, clean, tidy and friendly, a pleasure to deal with!
I would recommend without a doubt and will be keeping their number to hand for any future maintenance needs!

I employed the services of P P M to replace guttering facia / soffits after meeting Sean and getting a very reasonable Quote they set to work. They completed the work to a very high standard and were very professional and left everywhere spotless because of this I asked them to replace a leaking roof for me again excellent work and very efficient. These guys are the real deal and great to do business with i will recommend them to anyone thanks Sean Lee & Jordan . 👍
