She is an asset of Peninsula and I was glad that she's the one that handled it other than the other guy who left peninsula who lacks in communication. These guys run a business model of…
These guys run a business model of providing internet level advice tied to a 5 year service contract - they know you will be disillusioned and want to quit their service and then threaten legal action if you do not pay their heavy termination fees. How ever they will reduce the fees if you give them a 5 star review on Google or trust pilot. You have been warned. We paid them for three years. Our mistake

We recently met with Adam Murray from Peninsula’s Health and Safety team and couldn’t be happier with the support we’ve received.

Linda Ali was very understanding
Linda Ali was very understanding about my situation especially at my frustration that I had previously asked for the Clerks Award to be added to our file. Linda followed up the next day and sent an email, when I called back later she recalled our case and was very helpful. Linda made sure that all steps were completed and that I didn't have to go and speak to the documents team and explain again what I needed. There was also a really quick turn over so I am really happy with the service I received from Linda Ali
