Tom was super thorough in our level 2 homebuyers survey and included much more detail than any other reports I’ve seen. We were quite apprehensive as first time buyers and Tom took the time to explain things to us and break down any jargon. Would recommend to anyone needing a survey!!

Superb from start to finish. Fast replies, always happy to help and very thorough. The level 2 survey report was easy to read and colour coded so easy to understand areas that required more attention. Follow up call was great and Tom always makes himself available. Tom has recently completed a Level 3 Survey for me. This was followed up with a telephone call summarising the main points, and the report emailed to me that same day.
The report was very detailed, clear and full of relevant and useful information.

Tom had the survey report ready the day after the survey had taken place and even called us beforehand to give a summary of his findings. The report was very thorough and was explained in a way that was easy to understand and also clear on what was important and what was not. I'm really glad I chose Tom to do my Level 3 survey on the house I'm buying. His report was incredibly comprehensive and he even called me when the report was done to summarise the main issues and answer my questions. He's been accommodating over the phone and email since I've had the survey, to answer questions. Tom did a survey on a property that I am buying, from my very first email enquiring about his services he has been great, answering straight away, helpful, friendly and professional, survey was done on a Monday and he had rang and explained it to me and emailed full report by Tuesday, answered any questions I had, and also offered ongoing support should I need it, highly recommend, fantastic service, lovely person, thank you.

Tom conducted a very thorough and very clear survey. Not only did he compile a detailed survey with illustrative photos he also called me unprompted at the weekend to explain the main headlines of the survey and suggested remedies that would be required. I could not have asked for a better service

We are in the process of buying our first home, and I came across Tom on an online search. He was very prompt with replying, has excellent communication, and also did some background research after some concerns on our searches, before we even decided to go ahead with him. After choosing Tom for our first survey, we later decided not to go ahead with the purchase after a very thorough, indepth report. We then found another property and have now used him for a second time. Once again he was very thorough, extremely polite, and his experience/expertise certainly shows through his reports and phonecall conversations. We have already recommended him to friends and family, and would absolutely use him again in the future (Hopefully not for our first home again!) We honestly could not fault our experience. Tom was meticulous in his attention to detail and clear in explaining his findings, walking around the property together. Tom undertook a level 2 survey on the property we are purchasing on 7th December 2023. Have to say his fee was money well spent. We were hoping as was Tom to find no issues and for his report to reflect this... Not to be be... Tom's survey report was very thorough and detailed and brought issues to our attention we had not noted. He not only emailed us the report but telephoned and discussed it in more detail.
