Not to be trusted - avoid and go elsewhere
A neighbour, who I helped out on many occasions, sold me a pension policy. Because I trusted him, in error, it transpired to be a rip-off: charging 2% on all contributions and a further 0.25% management fee. By the time I discovered this I had lost thousands of pounds. A qualified adviser at Pennymatters, was a shark in sheep clothing, not to be trusted and avoided at all cost. In short a legal criminal!

I have dealt with Kate Mihell to arrange the mortgage. Kate, as a mortgage adviser, not only gave me the best available deal but also actively followed up with the solicitor to sort out the issue. She is actually a life saver to arrange mortgage on time. Honestly, 5 stars are not enough for her.
Fantastic trustworthy and very patient!
Mike and the team at Pennymatters are fantastic. I’ve dealt with them for years and have recommended them to several friends, all of whom have been satisfied. Mortgages, investments, life policies. They deal with the lot! I completely trust mike to help me navigate the complex world of personal finance. His team are patient and tenacious.
