Terrible website,I ordered a top and…

Terrible website,I ordered a top and tried to pay with debit card,just kept taking me to previous page ,same when I tried a different card,I ended up paying via PayPal,however I haven’t received confirmation and the order is not in my account,I have tried to message them but their captur isn’t working so I sent an email,tried phoning and no one answers,definitely won’t use this company again

Poor customer service on returns/refunds not expedited quickly enough

I've bought Penny Plain pull-on straight leg treggings in the past - 2 pairs in shops and 1 pair on line. They are a very comfortable fit. I've recently bought the pull-on denim jeans dark wash at £39 which are comfortable, but smell awful. I've washed them, but it still lingers. I think it's as a result of a process during manufacture. I ordered the same style in dark sage. The fabric is so much thinner and although I ordered the same size as before (18/20) they were more like a 14/16 so I couldn't get them on. I returned them using the Penny Plain tracked return label via Royal Mail. My return was (according to the Royal Mail tracking service) stuck at the Acton delivery office for nearly 2 weeks. I made 2 phone calls to Penny Plain asking them where my return was, but they made no offer to find my return - which is their duty as recipient. I eventually sent an E mail after nearly 2 weeks, with no contact from Penny Plain, asking for a refund as was my right within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Act. I don't know if it was a coincidence, but my refund was made within 2 days after my E mail. I never got a reply to my E mail. Very poor customer service - most companies acknowledge via E mail the receipt of returns and expedite a refund within a few days of receipt. I won't be buying from them on line again - refunds take too long.

Attempts to get refund

Cannot get reply to email and cannot get through to speak to anyone on the phone. Messages left have had no response. Been waiting 11 days for a refund. Have had no problem in the oast but I will not be using this company again

Very poor service!

I wish I could give no stars. I ordered 3 pairs of Trousers for my Mum they have arrived today with a pair missing. It’s now saying out of stock when I’ve checked on-line today. No email to saying this but they have taken the money for the trousers, I asked if they could ring me back in 1 hour as I’ll have to go to the shops to buy another pair for my Mum to go on holiday tomorrow. No one has rung me back and now no one is answering the phone in customer services. Overall a very poor service. I’ll be shopping elsewhere in future!

Not not good returns service having a good service from penny…

Not having a good service from penny plain am waiting a refund but have not had it also trying to get hold of them by phone is a nightmare emails have not been answered
