Bullying a certain member of staff for no reason isn’t good enough when they work these ass off everyday for rubbish to be thrown back at them , liars and bullies management and holiday is shocking.

Snakey work place behaviour from certain teams shouldn’t be acceptable. You need to look at yourself as a business and don’t go on writing fake reviews after you get 1 negative comment as this behaviour isn’t good enough. Management talk about staff when someone has been treated badly in front of other colleagues, if you don’t want something to be said make that clear and don’t tell everyone else.

I would give this company 0 stars if it was possible.
We have been waiting since March for a pen delivery for our client. This is so embarrassing because it makes us look like we don't know what we are doing. With each month that has gone by they have told us the next shipment is the following month!
We have been customers of The Pen Warehouse for about 20 years but over the past few years their customer service has just gone downhill and we are continually chasing them for information. I feel that we are being lied to. Doing business shouldn't be this difficult.

Terrible experience, and will never use again.
Our pens took 1 month to arrive to a company that wasn't even ours (Acres Retail). After much chasing, Acres Retail actually paid the postage charges to be returned to us. This should've been paid for by Pen Warehouse, as it was their mistake!
The pens felt cheap, and the colours weren't correct.
DO NOT USE!
