I rang the company to say I was…

I rang the company to say I was expecting a order but I think it was lost in the postal system but it was soon remedied by the staff and my order was dispatched that day I was kept informed all the way until it was delivered last Wednesday. I was well pleased.

Half of the products I had ordered…

Half of the products I had ordered arrived after my event had taken place. So I had bags with nothing to put in them. I did ask if my order could be expedited, but no response.
I have ordered from Pens.com before and received great service, so this experience was disappointing.

Great quality and great service

Great quality and great service. The ordering process was straightforward but they identified a problem with my order (they had run out of black ink for my choice) which was quickly communicated and I had the option to change to blue or cancel. The sales team were efficient and helpful and when the order arrived, which was only a few days later, the product was as expected, really pleased with the whole experience. A good company to deal with.

Paid for items out of stock & refund delayed!

After a long time waiting the products I paid for I was told the items were actually not available. The refund took a long time & had to chase them on it twice. Better companies out there, don’t waste your time especially if you’re on a deadline!
