Misleading and inaccurate information on the barrage of sales emails and flyers they send out.
You are attracted by personalised marketing campaigns and then they only include part of your information.
Then
Despite providing clear evidence that the omissions were on their side they still blame the client.
Not to worry.
I have cancelled my subscription.
I will leave reviews and expose their shoddy shortcomings.

Spent a chunk on merchandise for my firm. 2 out of 3 orders arrived fine - I'm happy with those. While I understand things go wrong, for me the true measure of a company is how they make things right. Unfortunately they let themselves down by sending me 24 mugs with someone else's logo on them (a German Real Estate Firm!). Ok - mistakes happen. I advised them of this. Sent picture evidence. I was requested to open all 24 individual mug boxes to confirm they were all wrong. Which I duly did - but did not unpackage them fully as I assumed I would be sending them back. Then to be told they wanted a picture of them all. To which I said no. To then be asked for a picture of 7. Again I said no - you can have them back. I was then told they don't have a returns policy - I can keep or give them away. But they will not credit me without a picture of up to 7 of them. Complete waste of time and effort for their error and their refusal to collect an incorrect order - as per their own Terms of Sale. Awaiting for a resolution now. It is a very computer says no response so far with complete inflexibility and placing distrust with me.

Love the pens and so do my customers so I can’t fault the product. My original order was for assorted coloured pen and the order was put through in all the same colour so when I phoned up and pointed this out I was kind of railroaded into having the order with a discount so I agreed cause I was told that the order was already in production. I will be getting more but I will make sure the person in the phone understands and sorts the correct order next time.

Items missing from the delivery, it has been hard work and alot of miss information from people to have the items resent to us.. Also trying to get the correct invoices sent out has not been easy

I have bought pens from you a number of times over the years and you have frequently sent me samples of your other products, notepads bags and flexible lights. All had Adie Rowe garden contractor contractor and my mobile phone number on it but when you sent my pens this week it just had A Rowe garden contractor on it and no mobile phone number, which basically defeats the object. I have emailed to complain 2 days ago and still awaiting a reply 😡

Broken pen, missing oen, one that did not write properly - all very likely because 250 pens were squeezed into 3 small, flimsy polythene bags. Not good for such high quality pens.
Secondly: it is now 2 weeks. Still awaiting replacements promised by the company. Nothing has arrived, despite request for timely delivery, as products are required for a special occasion.
This review would have easily received 5 STARS, had it not been for the delay in correcting the faults listed.
