Full order not arrived

My order hasn't arrived in its entirety. We have contacted customer service 3 times, and are awaiting an update. ordered pens and pen boxes, received the pens but only 5 of the boxes. A great shame

The telephone number was wrong an extra Nought
0114 2766576 the correct number

011402766576 printed on pens the extra 0 between the 4 and the 2 being the offending number and to a British printer would be obvious

I wanted to put my logo on the Bags…

I wanted to put my logo on the Bags purchased. I’ve used this company before unusual when you go to check out you upload your Company logo instead it written my Company name on the bag without the logo and took payment. I emailed the company the same evening and ask them to cancel the order. They refused and said it’s gone through for Printing, which was impossible because I’d just placed the order incorrectly. The bags were shipped and sent with the company name without the logo so to say I’m disappointed as an understatement.
