Easy to format the logo for imprinting, easy to order. There were a few duds in the box (wouldn't twist, wouldn't write) but otherwise, a big hit with the team.

The pens are fine, they work well and write smoothly. They are everything I expect from a promotion give away item. What I don't like is getting daily reminders to review the product. Any company that sends more than one email asking for a review sounds desperate and makes me think that maybe the product isn't as good as I think... maybe the ink runs dry quickly and they want a review before people discover that fact.

the ink is not constant, does not write smooth. I bought cheaper and the value is not worth it
