The pen itself is a good quality and we have ordered it numerous times either from Pens.Com or from Amsterdam. The print font is far too large for looking like an elegant client pen. I communicated my concern about the size of the print font very early on and it shows up look funky, just like I was afraid it would. Your folks don't listen and take the time to make sure the product looks good and worthy of using as promotional products. We'll order it from another company next time. May the next company will listen to our needs and actually deliver the product looking as good as it functions.

The pens are a nice design and the logo looks sharp, but the ink is not the best. They work for a short time and then just stop. They last nowhere near as long as a standard pen that I could have purchased from a store for a whole lot less. Purchased in July, but many of the pens are not lasting more than a few days of continual use, let alone weeks or months.

These pens are for personal use only and given to friends only! "All" whom have received them really enjoy them, and the ink flow! Some seniors love the end tip for use as a touchpad on their phones! Never had a failure in bulk packaging!

We received these pens but just opened them as we were out of town a week. We counted and tested each one as they are for welcome packets for older ministers. I ordered 130, received 125 - shorted 5 pens and one does not work properly-- it skips - all others seem to be perfect. The pens are nice and light, good medium ink flow. Just disappointed in missing 5 and the one that doesn't work.
