Worst pens I ever ordered!!! Half of the pens didn’t write and when I called there customer service they didn’t care, TFB I’ll never order from them again.

The pens are great. Came within specified time. Not sure we will order again. We have found a company with a lot lower shipping costs. That is important to non profit organizations.

Pens didn't bother to check the spelling on the pens. As a result the pins are next to useless. I complained and they refused to reprint at their cost

They're alright. I was sent a post card to "reorder my favorite pen" at a reduced price, so i ordered them and it wasnt the same pen i had previously ordered but very similar just not as well made. So I feel l little taken, but the pens look good. They also dont work as well as the other pens either
