Outstanding customer service! I received a pen and pencil set for Christmas. The pencil I received ended up not being the correct item. I contacted customer service and received such amazing support to resolve the issue. I ended up keeping the incorrect item and ordering the correct one and some ink, with an offered discount! The service and quality of the products is fantastic! The shipping was fast and very carefully packaged! Simone even offered me a special box for my collection of pens/pencils. I can't be more satisfied and will definitely recommend this shop to all of my fellow pen fanatics :)
