The dedication and communication was second to none 😌
The team assigned to my case were very thorough and the response to any questions were dealt with immediately
I was fortunate to have 4 members overall ( unfortunately 2 left) but the hand over of my case was done so expertly. I was able to build up a good relationship with Imogen (& previously Robyn). Micheal & Shaun were very knowledgeable and helped answer all my concerns or questions. The little touches of a birthday card & Xmas card were welcomed

It's Compulsory to transfer all your pensions to another financial company, or they won't help
Their advice to permit 25% pension access isn't advice, you have to transfer All of your pensions to a 3rd party company, or they won't help.

When we reviewed your existing pensions, we found they were limited in flexibility, carried high charges, had poor performance, and didn’t allow fees to be paid directly from them. This would have meant you'd need to cover any fees using your tax-free cash. With your goals in mind, we recommended a more suitable pension scheme, one that offered greater flexibility, lower charges, better performance, and allowed fees to be paid directly from the plan. Once you notified us that you no longer wished to make any changes, we closed your file, and didn’t charge you for any of the work we had already completed. If you would like to discuss any of your concerns further, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sorry I have to disagree with other comments I have found them as unhelpful tryed to get at some of my pension funds they make very hard wanting to know too much pointed out my money not time to be on the phone for a long time iam asking for my money not a loan would move pension somewhere else to many penalties

Have been using this company for a while now, they've always been helpful and polite, and always at the end of the phone when needed, can be a nervous time of your life when you come to retirement age, and you need someone who you can trust and help you with your pension, so far I believe I've made the right choice.

Pension Access a company to consider.
I have been with Pension Access for a number of years now. Initially I was nervous about transferring a couple of pensions to them but need not have worried. The service has been excellent and any statements or recommendations have always been clear and concise. I have received regular updates and have seen my pension pot grow steadily over the years. On my current experience I can highly recommend Pension Access.

I am happy with this company because there is no hassle no forms to fill in no constant phone calls less stress regular updates and an annual review also you have the portal to access your own pension including the current value of your pot also financial advice for this pension plan and an exclusive discounted annual charge.
