Erik and Matt at the Phoenix branch were great. They made the buying process very easy for me as an out of state buyer. This is my second truck from Penske and I will be coming back when I need a third.

Erik Santillano and Matthew Clark in Phoenix were very helpful, they explained the application process, how Penske services the trucks before letting you take off with them. Erik took the time out to take me and my mom to look at a truck, he let us check out the interior and inspect the engine bay. 10/10 would recommend.

Coming down from TX with 20 plus years in trucking, great customer service shown by the team standing out was Erik Santillano and Matthew showing me AZ love and having my truck ready for our pick up time even had my paperwork printed out from Sam Rojo easy process
