From my initial contact with Ashley up to the business launch at the end of the induction the whole process has been easy and smoothly run.

Travel Counsellors have delivered on everything that was advised by franchise sales team, and the induction was great - a perfect mix of group and individual learning which you can do at your own pace.

All rounded off with a great business launch on the Friday meeting the wider TC community!

The main thing I've appreciated already is how approachable and helpful the TC community actually is.

I really enjoyed the course, it was informative and Ben & Josie made it a pleasant experience.

I was contacted after only a couple of days and asked to go into a WhattsApp group , they are an amazing bunch of people, always there for support and advice.
The idea of a mentor as well is perfect, Sally Landers is so lovely and supportive and there when I need her ..What more can I say Travel Counsellors but thank you it's great to be on board .. As a foot note, I absolutely love Phenix, such a timesaver..

The only thing I think that needs discussing in more detail prior to training and equipment being delivered is how we actually work on an individual basis. I encountered issues with not having the right adapters etc for screens, and a conversation with the tech team prior to the laptop being sent could have eradicated quite a lot of stress and unnecessary expense. Some are happy to work just from a laptop, others need additional equipment to function, due to poor sight in my situation. However, I cannot fault the trainers and team overall - all are extremely responsive to concerns/issues, and the trainers (Ben & Josie) are beyond patient and extremely knowledgeable, with many years of industry experience and definitely know their stuff! Would rate the rest of the team as 5*, the slightly lower score only reflects the set-up issues I personally experienced.

Wow what a smashing two weeks of TC induction training, but even before training. The recruiting and onboarding was fantastic. The team (Julia, Matt, Dawn, Kerry, Leah and so many more) have all been awesome, so welcoming, so helpful and so inspiring. They have truly validated my decision to join TC, and now I'm never looking back. Thanks to you all xx

Dawn and Kerry’s relaxed, lighthearted yet professional approach make this a pleasure and nothing is too much trouble and their enthusiasm is so infectious that we are all ready for lift off. The instructions are well explained to start and then the step by step guides are easy to follow.

From initial contact with TC to my first few weeks with them everything has been great. Really lovely, friendly team who seem to genuinely want you onboard and to do well. So glad I took the leap and started my TC journey!

Joining Travel Counsellors has been a great experience - from my initial discussions with Sue, she couldn't have been more helpful and informative. Chatting with her with made me sure that it was a move I wanted to make but she understood my circumstances at the time and never put any pressure on, allowing me to make the move at the right time for myself and my family. I couldn't recommend her and TC more highly!

To date the onboarding experience has been good although I am still in the middle of it. I have been communicated with regularly and told what has been going on. Sue Law was great, went through everything and was very responsive to any queries.

It took a bit longer than expected to get my laptop and also when I was sent info on my mentor with a video to view I was unable to view the video as I haven't got my full log in details yet. Not a huge issue but maybe send the email and link out once people are on induction and have their full details as opposed to people trying to view it without full access. May also be worth sending the email asking for feedback once the core onboarding process is complete.
