I chose Travel Counsellors because of the support and training that they highlighted as part of the signing up process. It most certainly has not disappointed and I love being part of a family. I'm blown away - if you're looking for something in travel you can't go wrong with these guys :)

Since my initial call with Julia almost two years ago, my experience of the onboarding journey with Travel Counsellors has been exceptional. Never pushy, always there to answer my questions and offer support, Julia was a pleasure to work with. I attended a Discovery day at Venus which I would highly recommend to anyone interested in moving ahead with Travel Counsellors and was made to feel welcome by everyone I met. The support has continued throughout the induction with Kristina - TC really cares about its people as well as its customers. A 5* experience in my opinion.

I recently contacted Travel Counsellors for a quote regarding a cruise, flights and hotel stays. I was worried my request was complicated due to where I was traveling from and what we needed. However, we received an email the following day from Lisa Byers and Emma Otter with a full itinerary. Everything was done for us and I cannot recommend this service enough. Thank you for all your hard work and help.

What a brilliant bunch at Travel Counsellors. Julia has been brilliant from the first enquiry, informative and encouraging but never pushy. We also visited the Venus building in Manchester and were made to feel so welcome, spending the day there meeting all the team. The on boarding process ran smoothly and everything I needed to start my course came out on time. I, alongside a great group of others, have just completed our initial training with the fantastic Kris who has the patience of a saint and never made me feel like I was bothering her once, despite my endless questions and shouts for help! Everyone that I came into contact with over the two weeks has been amazing and very supportive and I am very grateful for all their help. I really look forward to meeting everyone again and meeting up with our group. Thanks again everyone

One of the best thing I liked was that I was not pressured or rushed into making my decision to become a TC.
Sue took the time to understand my situation, the timings that I was working to and was always at the end of the phone if I had a question…and I had soooo many!

Ashley was always there to answer any queries I had regarding joining TC and always put my mind at ease regarding the help and support that would be available to me going forward. She was knowledgeable and professional as well as approachable and friendly at all times.

I recently completed the onboarding process with Travel Counsellors, and I was really pleased! The whole experience was seamless, informative, and incredibly personal. From start to finish, I felt well-supported, with everything explained clearly and in a way that made the process feel easy.

A special shoutout to Ashley, who went above and beyond to answer all my questions. She was always available, kept me informed at every step, and ensured everything happened as expected.

I started as a Travel Counsellor in September 2024. From my first day of induction the support on hand has been second-to-none. A combination of the franchise team, the learning & training team and the relationship management team have made the transition so much easier despite the daunting step of starting up a travel business with zero experience. The learning process with my induction team (11 others who are in the exact same boat as me) make the whole process a lot less lonely too. If you're thinking about making the leap but not entirely sure - do it! You've got a whole cheerleading team cheering you on.

I joined travel counsellors just over 3 months ago and the process has been amazing so far! Even though I am technically self employed the support and training is unmatched at every step.

From the moment I first contacted Travel Counsellors and was connected with Sue, the journey has been brilliant. No questions were too much, she gave me space to make my decisions, and her communications were super friendly and prompt. Everything she did reassured me that this big life change was going to work out, building my confidence.

Once signed up, and induction training neared, the support teams jumped into action alongside Sue. Bite sized welcome videos, a lap top delivered and ready to go, and the provision of easy to follow first training modules to get everything set up. It really was very impressive, very warm, and seamless.

Now here I am in week 2 of training, having met a wonderful group of fellow Travel Counsellors, and having been guided through the e-learning modules by the good humoured and incredibly patient Kristina. Her knowledge is amazing. But even more importantly, her ability to answer our questions, let us learn at our own pace, keep our energy up, and make us laugh! It's very impressive!

I can't wait to get going with my business and everything so far has made me feel supported and optimistic about the future.

Everything about the process of joining Travel Counsellors has been seamless. My initial contact with the new franchise team was friendly, informative and always transparent. It was this transparency and non salesy approach that really swayed me.
Everything from the get go has been extremely professional and slick. They have really thought about the wants and needs of a new joiner.
The virtual induction training has been incredible. Extremely comprehensive and lots of practical work tasks in the dummy booking system to ready yourself for the real world.
The stand out thing for me has been the warmth of everyone at Travel Counsellors you meet. Everyone wants you to do well and has your back by sharing all the avenues of support available to you.

The onboarding experience has honestly exceeded any expectations I could have ever had. I feel so welcomed into such an amazingly supportive community of Travel Counsellors. The communication has been fantastic and the training has been brilliant. I feel so proud to be a Travel Counsellor. The best decision I could have made.

What I liked was that there was no urgency to join, no hard sell and plenty of opportunity to find out more. The mini conference day and the discovery day were helpful insights to the world of TC.

The training program has been great and in a small group which was nice. Everyone has been friendly and helpful and nothing appears too much trouble. It is great to know that there are people there to help you if you need it.

Everyone has been so welcoming and shown a highest degree of professionalism from day one. Julia (Speed) who took me through the initial process was wonderful as is Dawn Bould in training. You can see why Travel Counsellors have won so many awards.

I had an excellent experience, from my very first chat with Cathy through to onboarding, I was genuinely impressed with the level of support she provided and how efficiently everything was handled.

The academy training was great. Kristina's knowledge and energy made what initially felt daunting into an enjoyable and informative experience. Her passion for it really shines through, making it a fun experience.
