Beware of this site, they only tell you the charges after a protracted search - during which no charges are ever mentioned, and the general impression is that it is a free service

Used this for the first time yesterday and it was very easy to use.

Purchased 100 searches a few weeks ago. Whilst using over the weekend my account was locked - "Needs verification". Four unanswered emails, unobtainable phone line...............it took about a month before responding suggesting "major server issues" - not bad for a data provider. However, the have subsequently reimbursed my subscription.

People Trace Online is without doubt the best website for finding long lost friends etc. I tried a few such websites before I discovered People Trace Online, and they are not a patch on People Trace Online.

I went on holiday and met someone but lost her details and with me being drunk i also forgot her name, all i had was a place where she lived and a photograph and with help of this company we tracked her down. U cant thank you enough. Top service. Thanks again

Was having problems logging in to the website. Ibrahim dealt with my problem very well and reasonably quickly and gave me extra credits as compensation. Unfortunately didn't get a chance to use them all as they only lasted for a few months and as I was only using the site every now and again. I would say that search credits need to last for at least a year when bought in a bigger bulk amount

I cannot fault the service at all on my first use. Pricing much cheaper that other companies out there. The customer service was very friendly & helpful.

What's the point of paying for a service to trace a person to be offered old data and have to pay extra again for up to date data at £4.95 per search! pointless expensive service.
