Fast delivery which is nice but when i went to make a return as the jeans were way to small for the size, i see that the return is priced at 22 punds while the shipping to me cost about 6....
Makes it not worth to return and in the future i won't dare to "gamble" on the fitting being correct.

Great service during office hours but…
Great service during office hours but impossible to contact out of normal office hours. Otherwise efficient and helpful. I struggle to find comfortable day wear trainers but Pepe usually work for me. The sales are a great way to stock up on my faithfulls.

Incompetent courier, non existent customer service
After my parcel was lost during the Christmas period and I was refunded, I decided to give it another go and ordered again from Pepe. Shockingly, the order was lost again and another refund had to be issued. Never had an issue with Pepe n the past, but the courier they are now using is appalling. To make matters worse, I told their customer service about my order experience and they don’t really seem to care, refund and move on. One loyal customer lost!

Perfect lowrise jeans
I recently purchased the women’s Venus low-rise slim-fit jeans, and I couldn’t be happier. I own many pairs of jeans from Pepe, all in the Venus low-rise style, and they never disappoint. Pepe is the only brand I’ve found that truly delivers on what “low-rise” means. I just hope they don’t change this style like they have in the past.
