Won’t be using this company again.still waiting for my order to arrive 4weeks now cant track it keep saying wrong ref number sent emails no joy there.£70 wasted blank it at all cost.😡

… simply put a scam… appalling company… the goods are in no way as described and are poor quality and poorly made… this business is in effect committing fraud by showing products that are premium high street quality and supplying garments you would not buy in a jumble sale… if i had the time and energy i would pursue then to the letter of the law… certainly one for trading standards

Do not buy from this company, they also advertise under the name Jones London. They are a Chinese company and everything they ship is cheap and nasty. I ordered a jacket and took it straight to the charity shop when it arrived.

DO NOT BUY from them. Total rip off. Despite "London" in the business name they are based in China. Products are cheap, photos NOT representative and they will only refund 10% unless you send the item to China at your own cost. Dreadful!!

Product was poor quality not same as advertised product the colour was brown not khaki as ordered customer service is appalling asked to return and get a refund but they ignore my emails do not buy from them it’s a cheap product that they send you advertising completely different product to what you receive should have looked at reviews before I brought

Just no! Embarrassed i fell for it, after 10+ emails managed to get 50% refund only. Poor quality product, poor sizing, poor replication of what was actually advertised. Wish i'd checked trust pilot first :(

This company will have zero satisfied customers. They have no presence in London. The clothes are not on sale but made to order cheaply in China. The clothes you see in the glossy ads are not what you get but copies in polyester and spandex cheaply cut and made. They offer a 10% refund if you complain. They don't want returns and tell you there will be a fee and it will cost £20 to post back. Avoid at all costs! I've reported to facebook but they are very unresponsive.

I would give this NO STARS if I could. Total scam. Chinese tat which is embarrassingly poor quality. They won’t facilitate returns either, saying that the cost of returning goods would effectively be the same as retaining them. (?!!). AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do not buy from this advert! The exact same advert was advertised some time ago, but by a company named as Wolio! I was foolish enough to order a jacket that never arrived. The bank had to sort it out as a fraud case and luckily I got the money back! When I saw this ad on Facebook I came straight on here to warn people!

Complete scam. Don’t waste your money. Despite advertised as a London based company, it’s not. All items come from China and if you want to return (and trust me you will) you have to pay the return postage. Quality of items is extremely poor and nothing like the advertised images. Complete rip off.

Advert looked promising, price seemed ok, measurements look great, delivery updates were valid & on time..... however what did get delivered.......Was a lot smaller than stated, colour was brown certainly not khaki so all things considered NOT RECCOMMENDED in any way, complete waste of £35.... only consolation..... I didnt order 2 : ) & their add stating 2000+ Trust Pilot reviews is fake as well

As others have said, this is a scam. I emailed to complain about the quality - which was lower than I have ever seen on cheap markets or cheap shops. This is an extract of the return email which cleverly suggests that if you pay the return costs to China it may either not get there in time or get there damaged, which will void the refund. Here it is: "As mentioned on our website, returns can be processed within 14 days of receiving your item(s). However, please note that we do not offer a free return service, and our only department store is located in China...Please be aware that returns are only accepted when the package has arrived at our central warehouse. Sending your return to our central warehouse can take over 6 weeks and involves the risk of your package being detained by customs or getting lost. Returns are only accepted when the product arrives at our central warehouse unused, new, and in its original condition.
If this is not an option for you, we also offer the following: Since we prefer to avoid returns given the ecological process (CO2 emissions), you can just keep your items and not have to return anything.
Here, we will refund 10% of your total order value and credit it to your payment method. Then, for example, you can give the item to friends or family. We hope you can understand this"
So for every p.o.s item you buy, you get a 10% refund, and they keep 90%

Utterly disgusted by this company I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering! I thought it was a London company but jumper was rubbish and it would cost to return it with no guarantee of a refund! Complete scam .

The jackets I recieved were ok for the money in look and finish but the sizing was all wrong. Im a 46 chest and that what I ordered an extra large but 3 jackets arrived labeled XL but on measuring have a 40. Will try for a return but not holding out much hope. Will be more carefull in future im going to take this as a learning experience!

They advertise on Facebook but when you click on Trustpiolot link, which shows 5 stars, it doesn't open, so I came here to check and they're pretty much a solid one star. There are no length measurements for the jacket I was interested in, which make me suspicious of their sizes, and on Facebook it said there were eight comments when there was only one, they're clearly a very dodgy company. Luckily I didn't buy as judging by the reviews here, their returns policy is also a lie. I've bought from companies in the past like this, online their products look great but in reality, you get ripped off. I recommend not trusting this company.

Scam company. Poorest quality. No safe return policy so basically if you wish to return they don’t assist you and give you million of reasons to not send back. The pictures have NOTHING to do with the real product .. quality is POOR AND BAD. Don’t buy avoid avoid avoid … they say 30 day money return guarantee on their “website” with fake reviews … but it is all lies ! They don’t even have a review section to write your review…

If I could give less then 1 Star I would.
The product shown on the website is not what arrives.
The material is sub standard quality.
They are badly made and as they are from China I suspect they will not be worth returning.

Avoid at all costs!
Items take forever to arrive and when they do it's terrible quality.
Returns are a massive problem with them offering part refunds to keep the items.
Meant to be London based but it is shipped and returned to China with high costs!

Website claims to be a London based business but all items are shipped from China, takes weeks, usual poor quality when arrives. One item has still not arrived over a month from order. Website implies quality, prices charged for same items are high compared to other more obvious Chinese scam sites.
I searched for reviews before I purchased but found none, presumably new websites are created all the time. AVOID !!!
