Outstanding quality and performance
I'm very satisfied with my new foldable reformer. The craftsmanship is top-tier, and the movement is incredibly smooth. It's rare to find a space-saving foldable design that still feels this robust and professional. 5 stars!
I have been working with them for several years now. The quality has improved exponentially, and they are always striving to meet the requirements of the businesses they work with. I went to the showroom, and they greeted me with such care and respect. I recommended. I will be coming back hopefully anytime soon.
We set up a Pilates studio in the UK and bought all our reformers and other equipment from PE Pilates. We had one point of contact throughout which was a definite bonus and Cora was excellent. The Reformers are first class, well built and look amazing. Our clients say we have the best reformers out of all our competitors. My only issue is they like to only use WhatsApp rather than email. I prefer email for work matters.
Despite the huge time difference the service was always really good. They helped me and gave me advice on everything based on their experience. The delivery was slow, but it was expected given political pressure on duty fees. The equipment is very high quality and my customers greatly appreciate it. When delivered at my door there was no people to unload the truck so I had to figure out myself, but that was more on the delivery agency than from the manufacturers. Overall great experience
