Worst expirience ever 5 days later…

Worst expirience ever 5 days later still no result . They have emailed me back saying they have staff shortage due to covid cases . Any legal advise anyone this is a gov listed company and its absolutly unaccetable

Avoid this firm

Avoid this firm,I sent the test and after 6 days no results.I try to phone them,no one answered. Big scam!

Scam, avoid.

Hi,
I have bought 6 test for my family. I had to pay 6 times posting charge, and all tests arrived in one bag. So I was overcharged 5 times.
They received tests on 7th of January (tracked postage), and out of 4 we got just ONE result. When I have activated test kits it says "YOUR SAMPLE WILL BE PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY AND RESULT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU WITHIN 12-24 HOURS OF RECEIPT IN OUR LABORATORY".
So now it is 3 days after they got results and still nothing. THIS is not what they advertise. They overcharge for posting and they don't do what they are promising. I'll be seeking legal advice to get back money for posting, as it is clearly stealing money from customers.

I made a great mistake ever using this…

I made a great mistake ever using this terrible Laboratory. I came in from Nigeria and submitted my sample since 31st. Today is 9th January and my result and that of my colleagues are still not out.
So terrible for a Laboratory in a “developed” country…..Disgusting!!!!
DO NOT USE THEM GUY!!!!!

Ordered 2 COVID day 2 PCR tests

Ordered 2 COVID day 2 PCR tests. On the positive, they did arrive and were sent back to Peplobio without issues.

On the negatives:
- I arrived on Monday, the tests did not arrive until Tuesday (tests ordered in advance)
- tests received in lab on Thursday, no results until _Monday_.
Effectively, instead of taking the test on Monday and getting results by Wednesday and ending quarantine on day 2, was forced to spend a week in quarantine.

Paid £70 for a day 2 test .never…

Paid £70 for a day 2 test .never received results. No one answering phones or emails. Absolutely nothing. Trying to cancel payment !

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE

Supposed to receive test results by 6th Jan at the latest, it’s now the 9th Jan and no results. The company ignore any emails or phone calls. It is a scam. I am having to dispute the charge with the credit card company.

Still waiting for my Day 2 PCR results…

Still waiting for my Day 2 PCR results and I arrived in the UK on Jan 2nd. I received my test on Wednesday 5th and sent it off the same day. It got delivered on Friday 7th and I haven’t heard anything. Been calling and emailing both PeploBio and Ag Testing and no response. Will never use their services again!

Can i get my Day 2 results?

Can i get my Day 2 results back or can anyone reply to emails?
Landed on the 4/01, dropped the day 2 test for the whole family at the pharmacy, received confirmation of activation and then ....NOTHING!
The pharmacy I used also tried to reach out to the lab but no answer.
Too late now to take another Day 2 test so I guess we will have to do the 10 days isolation whatever the results are. Thanks

VERY POOR

VERY POOR
Purchased the 24 hour quick turnaround. Received the two tests on time. Completed and returned on 3/1/2022 using the NHS priority post box. Now the 8th and no results received. Have emailed and received a response blaming Royal Mail. Wont be using this company again and would advise other to stay well clear.

Ordered 2 day PCR test through Zoomtest…

Ordered 2 day PCR test through Zoomtest arrived with Peplobio details. Activated online and returned tests, Royal Mail tracking arrived 6th Jan, 8th of Jan still no returned results!! You cannot call as lines are closed and do not reply to any emails!! Pay for 24 hour service and no service levels of any sort for test or communication! Parents still in isolation. And we wonder why people dont follow guidelines!!! They have no option

Scam please avoid

My mum did her day 2 test when she returned to UK. Posted it on Sunday 2nd January. It's the 7th January today no results. My mum has been in quarantine for 5 days. Don't waste your money with this company. Very disappointed with the service. I emailed and no reply.

Bad service

Bad service . Avoid this provider. I haven’t received my PCR result. I couldn’t leave the home for this whole week. It’s shame on them. 😡😡😡😡😡

Late delivery and late results

Unfortunately they didn't prepare properly for the Christmas/New Year period. They allowed people to buy tests that wouldn't arrive in time nor could be provided the result in the promised timeframe. It all went good before Christmas with my fit-to-travel lateral flow but my PCR to re-enter the UK arrived on day-3 technically putting myself at fault with government guidance. Then they're getting more than 24 hours since they received my sample to provide the results. In normal circumstances I wouldn't make a big deal of it but with the quarantine rule it's very bad. They shouldn't oversell.

Not fit for purpose SCAM AT ITS HIGHEST

My partner ordered his pcr 25th Dec in USA the UK 27th December. We received the kit 31st December and we tried to register the kit and its not accepting the barcode.
We tried different browsers and to no avail. Emails been sent and no ones answering the phone.
We need help with this

Bad experience

I have a very bad experience. Avoid this test provider. It’s fraud. They took the money but we haven’t received our PCR results. I tried to contact them, but I got no response. Even the telephone number is shut down. I don’t know what to do.

SCAM Company - avoid!!!

SCAM Company. Avoid at all costs. We are still waiting for our Day 2 results after having missed an entire week of work. Our tests were successfully delivered by Royal Mail but our test results (promised to arrive on the next day) are still a no show. There has been no communication whatsoever and there is no operational phone line. After the exorbitant price we paid for the tests we would have expected a basic level of effective service. Utterly frustrated.

Do not use this company

Sent in day 2 PCR tests for the whole family, now 7 days later and still no results. As I charge my customers £60 and hour and work 40 hours a week, I will be sending Peplobio an invoice for lost revenue and a refund of the test costs. Do not use this company if you need a quick result. Should defo I loose their accredited stays and not be on the gov.uk recommended providers list. Would love to know if someone from their executive teams has links to the government

Avoid for PCR day 2 and 8 tests

Bought a day 2 PCR test for arrival in the UK. Paid £70 that included a £10 delivery fee for same day delivery. I posted and activate my sample on day 2 and I’m on day 7 without any notification of result. Very poor service and will definitely not be using again.
