Order an item from this website and after a week or so got confirmation it had been dispatched. Two or three days later I received an email from EVRI stating that it had been "damaged beyond repair" in transit.
I contacted Pepper BLack and got a brief email saying they would look into it the following day "when they were back in the office". Never heard any more. A couple of weeks later I tried contacting via their chatbot and got no response.
Basically I've just given them £10 for nothing. Buy with caution as customer service is non existent if anything goes wrong.
