Wow. This is the worst online shop I’ve ever experienced. Shein has better quality.

DO NOT BUY. Genuine trash, I would rather burn the clothes than give them to anyone else.

The dresses arrived with ripped seams…

The dresses arrived with ripped seams and stains. When measured, the measurements of the dresses I received did not match the corresponding measurements on the size chart. When I originally tried to contact customer service, I was told they were too busy to give me the link to review the dresses. It wasn't until I left a public comment that customer service reached out to me. Furthermore, since one of the dresses was on clearance, I am unable to return it for a properly fitting size. Selling dresses that are falsely advertised without giving the customer a way to remedy it is a scam.

Køb ikke derfra!!!!

I would not recommend this company.

I returned a dress on March 26, and since then there have been no updates on the shipment. It has now been weeks without any progress or clear communication.

I have contacted customer service multiple times, but unfortunately I have received no response at all. This lack of communication is very disappointing.

As a customer, you expect transparency and support when something goes wrong, especially with international returns. Right now, I am left without both my item and my money.

I hope the company will take responsibility and improve their customer service, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from here.

I would not recommend this company to…

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The dresses are not very good quality and not worth the money. They refuse to accept returns on sale items and charge £20 for return of full price items. They trade and sell from a UK registered company but say they do not have to comply with UK consumer laws.

Excellent Assistance With A Return

When a return was necessary, and the Peppermayo site didn't recognize the order number, Customer Service stepped in and handled the matter professionally, quickly, efficiently, and in a genuinely friendly way.

The next day shipping is not true

The next day shipping is not true. I paid an extra $25 and was told at checkout (before I placed my order) that it would come the next day at 9 AM. I then got an email saying it was arriving Monday (4 days later.) I reached out to customer service and they told me it was my fault even though their website confirmed it would come the next day (all within business days). I asked for a partial shipping refund and they ignored my request and sent me an AI apology that was condescending and rude. There’s no phone number and all the emails are the same. The only other way to talk to them is a chat bot which isn’t helpful either. 0/10 I will not be ordering from here again. Fast shipping is a scam here so don’t waste your money!!!! Worst customer service ever. They take no accountability for anything and after reading other reviews that seems to be a theme with this whole company.

Awful

Awful. Took ages to arrive. Not as shown online. Poor quality and terrible sizing. I wish I had read the reviews first! I have now been charged £20 to return the items.

I ordered a dress for my daughter who…

I ordered a dress for my daughter who is away at college and mistakenly put our home addresssfir delivery instead of her college address. I immediately emailed and explained the situation. I received a return email explaining that they were able to change the mailing address for me and that I would get another email once the dress is shipped. I am so relieved and grateful for the amazing customer service that I experienced.

Amazing service

I needed a dress super last minute & ordered it late at night. I let the team know & they shipped it first thing the next morning! They were super lovely to deal with and made sure I got my dress in time. I will def purchase again!

Wish I had read these reviews before…

Wish I had read these reviews before buying! Spent over £160 on two dresses that haven’t arrived, sent multiple emails and messages and had no response. Complete lack of customer service. Dreadful company shall not be taking ever again and will be raising a complaint with my bank to get my money back. DO NOT USE !

THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE, even SHEIN is better than this shit! They are scammers!!
The website is misleading. Even when I select “money back,” the system automatically processes the return as store credit. That is not acceptable.

Peppermayo support is the best!

Peppermayo support was so helpful and allowed me to return a dress a few days outside of the return window which meant so much to me and was so helpful! Their clothes are beautiful and high quality, shipping is fast, and customer service is top tier!

I bought a two-set top and maxi skirt…

I bought a two-set top and maxi skirt from peppermayo in size 8. When it arrived (late) the moment I picked it up, I could tell it was made completely from plastic fibres, definitely doesn't reflect the higher prices. When I put it on, it was too large, definitely not a size 8. It just wasn't tailored to fit a person, just wide and not at all flattering. When I went to return it, and selected a refund instead of in-store credit, it took £20 off the cost of the top just for delivery! This left me with £30. Very frustrating experience and might have to just resell.

Poor customer service

Ordered a dress, it came damaged with a hole in it. Utilised their ‘exchange’ feature to get another shipped in time for the event I was supposed to wear it at. Decided to return it only to find out it’s no longer eligible for refund due to using the ‘exchange feature’. Poor customer service, cheap fabric-beware of being caught out in this loophole.

Read the small print and avoid if possible

Didn’t realise when I ordered from this site that it would cost me £20 to return. All these influencers recommended a site and I got caught up in this. I ordered the size I thought I would be as it said true to size but ended up being too big. Thought the quality was poor for £86 dress so didn’t see the point keeping it. Was shocked when I realised £20 to try on a dress. Strange how it’s £5 to exchange?? Just so other people don’t get caught out read the small print and I will never be influenced again .
