We bought 4 stools from Pepper Sq. The quality of the stools were excellent. Unfortunately they were too tall for our kitchen so Pepper Sq kindly accepted our retun free of charge and they collected the items. Very good customer service. We will defendant use them again. Highly recommended.

We are really pleased with our Hoxton corner sofa-bed. It arrived this week and looks fab in our living room! The excellent customer service, team is very friendly and knowledgeable. We had tonnes of questions and got very valuable advice. The delivery service was a great experience too. I definitely recommend Pepper Sq.

I bought two bedside tables and all the experience from the purchase to delivery was excellent! Great customer experience, professional communication, very good delivery and what is the most important I am very happy with my new furnitures. All perfect!

Excellent customer service-I spoke to alice about a few things and she was extremely helpful and accommodating. The only slight irritation was paying a £25 assembly charge after being assured it would be helpful. On arrival,the delivery people ,who were also extremely pleasant and helpful only, had to remove the cardboard and check the table worked with me. Not really worth the money charged. However the table is beautiful and I would use Peppersqu again if needed and would recommend them as a company.

As a designer I often look for furniture sellers to partner with when designing for customers. I have used Pepper Sq. on three separate occasions to date to find pieces to compliment my designs: Abile Media Unit, Graz Dining Table and Madrid Cane Dining Chairs. All occasions I experienced a seamless process from selecting item, placing order and to receiving the products. Both my clients and I were very happy with the quality of products selected. The team is extremely knowledgeable and friendly that you don’t often find in the large companies; you can tell customer satisfaction is an important part of the Pepper Sq’s ethos.

Swatches I ordered were dispatched quickly, and because the team were knowledgeable, they were able to make excellent suggestions to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I have now received my table and chairs, which were made to my specifications ( at a very reasonable price) - and I could not be happier! Even the delivery of the furniture was well organised and the delivery drivers could not have been more helpful. Very comfy sofa, solid build and excellent service from Pepper Sq.

We were quite hesitant to order a sofa during the quarantine without actually sitting in it. After a thorough search, Pepper Sq's Janson ticked all the boxes. We had a bunch of questions but the communication with the store was beyond amazing. Easy to reach out through the website's chat function with p much instant response time. They were also happy to go the extra mile to meet our needs. We didn't like the advertised colour options but were given a couple of extra swatches to ensure we get the perfect colour fit for our living room.

I love the diamond pattern cushions and throws I ordered for our outside seating area. They were the cherry on the cake. Quick delivery and great customer service.
