I had a very disturbing experience with PeppyNite. I initially went to them with seriousness in their services and made a few inquiries before making a decision. Then, after considering carefully, I was taken aback by the response of their customer care team.

Rather than try to understand my reluctance, one representative began badgering me. I was called several times against my will—not to offer help, but to bully me into paying. The worst was being informed that not proceeding would harm my professional reputation, and that they would take action to hurt my standing.

This type of behavior was more akin to harassment than customer support. I think no professional service should stoop that low. An ethical company bases its business on service and integrity—pressure and intimidation are not the way to build a business.

On my experience, I would not be able to suggest PeppyNite. Do your own research and exercise caution. I also intend to report this matter to consumer protection bodies so that no one else gets treated in such a manner.

This is fake lead provider company. They cheat us in 2020 and also in 2022.

OMG ..I was about to lure in this crime.thank god I came here to check b4 investing 6k .. I took basic package but the leads dint agree to me and some dint picked up the calls.then I complained to Deepak he said basic pack leads goes to every artist so dnt worry you can take golden package which he said the discount is going on I have to pay 6k but actual price is 11500 ..he said he will give me all bridals with high range, he continued call me daily and ask me when will you pay ..so b4 paying I got a doubt and checked for reviews landed up here and got to know that it's fake ...I'm so happy I dint invest money blindly..
Advice ....plz don't invest on any company b4 u cross-check it.

this is a total fraud company and modus oprandi is they chase you and lure you by offering some discount on the package after which we start chasing them for leads and the finally we land up asking for refund.
By the time you are able to get a reply, it's already 5-6 months and they say that we are not liable for refund.
Humble request to everyone who has suffered, lets lodge a complain online against them so that atleast some initiative is taken against them by government. Whoever is interested, pl get in touch and we can together work out something.

They don't deserve even a single star .
They r frauds ,they provide fake leads just take people money n cheat them

I am a photographer and I took services from Peppynite, it was a great experience.

The sales executive Sakshi is very polite also she helped me crack my bookings.

Peppynite makes that slogan true.Invest a little and get more.

Fraud company i even don't want to give 1 star to them they are just taking money from people while giving wrong commitment there staff is very rude Specially Sakshi and Deepak. Sakshi gave me package and lied to me for my package she told me something and gave something else. At the time of money they were calling again and again but at the time of service they don't revert mail one day Mr deepak called me he even don't know how to talk he was rude he was from there customer care department even don't know how deal with customer , if a customer is not getting any response from 1 year obviously customer will be hyper but being a customer care department he didn't solved my problem. They just take money they are fraud don't invest in there company they don't give leads they will try to ignore you after taking money

Frauds. Sumit the salesperson and the owner Gurjot both are Frauds. They promise so much before selling a package, not a single lead gets converted. They don’t give the refund as promised before selling the package. Liars! Stay away from Peppynite.

Guys PLEAS READ NY REVIEW before GETTING SCAMMED BY PEPPYNITE, I first enrolled my self in basic package worth ₹2000 but didn’t got any leads then MANISH(FRUAD EXECUTIVE) from peppynite called me and said “ ma’am you have to buy ₹18000 package where you will get premium leads where customers will call your to book the services” I am the only bread and butter provider to my family I said MANISH I I don’t somuch capital to buy the ₹15k package he said “ ma’am I will pay you ₹3k from my side you only need to pay ₹15k and you will get somany leads in a month where you will easily earn more then 1lac “ I said give me some days to think MANISH kept calling me everyday and kept messaging me that when I will doing the payment. After few days he said that there is some offer going on where you only need to pay ₹15000 for package worth ₹18000. I paid him ₹15k thinking I will grow in my business and will lead a good life for my family but after the payment I didn’t got any genuine leads and the leads which was provided from them was fake numbers which never answered and responded to any of my call’s. I have recordings of all our conversations and PAYMENT DETAILS that I have Made with PEPPYNITE. It’s been I am calling them to refund me my money as I have not got any genuine leads they are not giving me my refund. GUYS PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM THEY ARE FRAUD AND WILL FOOL YOU WITH YOUR HARD EARN MONEY PLEASE DONT GET INTO THEIR FAKE TALKS. I cry everyday thinking about my ₹15000 it’s really a very big amount for me.
And if you read their reply on google reviews they just say that they are not able to find our profile on their portal which is LIE. I have already mailed for my refund but no reverts on it.

Fraud company,didn't get any lead after spending money too, n they force to upgrade n if u don't upgrade they will cancel prior membership without any refund
