The website's "Privacy policy" page…

The website's "Privacy policy" page contains the following sentence verbatim: "Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us."

However, regarding product returns, they tell you: "We will charge you for the shipping costs, and since we received the product back from you, there will be a tax, which we will also charge you. Do you accept this?"

Is there any other option besides accepting?

I absolutely do not recommend them. They operate contrary to the terms and conditions on their website. When you send an email, you have to wait an average of 2 days for a reply, and then you have to email again asking, "Did you read my email?"

If the company has a request for you, your situation is very difficult. Because they don't even formulate a sentence to explain the request; they only say two sentences, and I have to understand their request.

I waited 20 days for a refund because they said the product needed to reach them. Why? I didn't even receive the product; it was returned from the courier. So, it will reach you in the same way you sent it to me.

Also, for a product return, they asked for my entire credit card statement to get my money back. What kind of nonsense is this? I can send you my passport and all my identification documents if you want.

Furthermore, communicating in English is very difficult because it's really bad. They communicate in English. It was a really bad experience.
