It’s important to to be honest with reviews because it helps people out there that just want genuine products I see a lot of reviews on speedy fast delivery which is important but most peptide company’s will deliver next day that’s why we pay extra £7 for it.
Ordered twice from here now on a Friday received next day on Saturday (free delivery)

First buy with them and everything was great. They've posted in the same day RM 24h. Well packaged and definitely the products are legit compared to the one I had from another vendor before. You got a new customer. It's quite pricey but I prefer quality over uncertainty.

Amazing service
Honestly, phenomenal experience. I've ordered a few times now and everytime I order, I send an email saying I've done so and they usually reply within 30mins to an hour at most. Always a very pleasant vibe in email. They ship the order same day if before 4pm and next morning by 9.30am if after 4pm the day before. It arrives the following day. Really super service and I am extremely pleased, especially after having experienced a few research peptide sellers who I had a really poor experience with. They've got me as a loyal, repeat customer for sure!

Do not use this company!! 2 off my orders did not arrive and the tracking on the orders is a fake tracking code as it does not work, my emails to the company are not being sent and I’ve tried ringing the company to see where my order is and no one has answered or returned my call, I’ve been scammed! We strongly dispute the allegations that Peptology Labs has scammed you or supplied fake tracking information.
Following our initial reply, you provided contact details through Trustpilot. We checked the supplied name and email address against our records and found no matching customer or order. You have not supplied us with an order number, order confirmation or tracking reference identifying either of the two purchases described.
Despite our invitation to contact us directly, we have also not received any email or other direct correspondence from you concerning these alleged orders, either before the review or since our response.
Two specific points require clarification:
• **Telephone calls:** We do not operate a customer telephone line. Please identify the number you called and where you obtained it so we can establish which business you were contacting.
• **Tracking information:** Our Royal Mail tracking references are generated automatically through our shipping system. Please supply the references you describe as “fake” so they can be checked against our shipment records and Royal Mail’s tracking information.
We have raised these discrepancies with Trustpilot. On the information provided to us, we cannot substantiate either alleged purchase or reconcile this account with our records and contact arrangements.
