No tears with my new 3 Tier White Dish Drainer!

Being happy to let our dishes air dry, we have been using this product, attached to our wall over the Butler sink, for over 20 years now. This is our third one as they get so much use, in our family, that eventually the plastic coating becomes brittle and cracks so we are very pleased to finally find this great product at a reasonable price. We had a little hiccup as it went out of stock right as I ordered it but the guys were helpful and, remarkably, easy to reach by email and phone to restore continuity. Thank you.

The wall plugs were not strong enough for the thermalite blocks - several of them did not screw in without buckling.

I have removed my full comment in view of the response received from Perceptive kitchen fittings. However, the wall plugs did not perform as expected.

Whilst I get your frustration if the product was faulty this should have been reported back to us, the product supplied was a genuine Plasplug product we are a member of one of the worlds biggest hardware suppliers and only source genuine products.

Lovely handles

Ordered brushed nickle handles for my kitchen . Really good value. Although shipping took a bit longer than I thought, when I called to chase the order, they knew who I was and updated me. Good handles and pleased with the service
