Michelle came to my house the next day following an enquiry. She gave me all the information I required and was very knowledgeable.
No big sales push, just friendly and informative.

As very senior citizens, with limited time and money, our experience was excellent. From day one, Perfectblinds offered a timetable and cost to complete. They sent John and Owen to install the Blinds on time and on budget. Clean and efficient workers can't speak highly enough of them. They deserve the next contract—high praise from a Bluenose. GB.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered blinds from salesman (Adrian) specifying that the front blind would connect to my smart home.. I was given a quote, and paid in full.
This requires the Tahoma switch, which they have not delivered on. I called the salesman, who admitted he made a mistake, and would get one to me.
A few days later, I received a call from them.
They now want another £175 for this item, saying I did not order it at the time.. (even though Adrian admitted he made a mistake, and would supply one)
BE WARY OF THIS COMPANY....

And now they accuse me of blackmail !
It is very obvious how low this company really is..
Other reviews I have read show that when there is an issue, they don't want to know..
I now believe the salesman did this on purpose to make the quote appear cheaper than it should have been, had it included the necessary Tahoma switch.
But, I will say, the blinds are fine... maybe because they were made by another company (Decora) in Sheffield.

Its a pleasure to do business with Perfect Blinds. I have now used them on 3 occasions and wouldn't go anywhere else. The process from start to finish was second to none. Always pleasant, good workers and keep you up to date at all stages.

Recently had pleated blinds fitted to our bifold doors and glass roof.
Great service when taking your money before actually fitting but not so great when something goes wrong happy to fob you off and no help at all.
Happy with the blinds but can not use them due to a cracked glass roof thanks perfect blinds 😡

I was recommended by Perfectblindsuk to contact another company (Perfect Blinds 4U) being closer to my area. At the start of the consultation they seemed genuine and honest but once paid and the blinds fitted I asked for the measurements of the windows and they chose not to give them to me. I asked Mauriz to help with the situation but he was very unwilling and unhelpful and had no interest in getting involved. The blinds took a long time to arrive one of which had the wrong measurements and I had to wait 2 more weeks and they still got it wrong so Marek had to swape the other set of blinds and use the new order frame. The measurements of the windows should be willingly given as you pay for such a service. It is beyond me why they wont give it to me?
As far as I am concerned if you recommend someone you put your reputation on the line and on the phone Maruiz was very rude and hung up on me. Go somewhere else, honestly, terrible service all round from both companies.

I would not use this company, go somewhere else. My blinds were 2 weeks late, the wrong colour, pattern and size. When i spoke to the rep and the manager, they did not want to know. The rep ordered the wrong blinds. A very rude rep, all i can say to you is DO NOT trust them. We know what we ordered , but did not think to take a photo. DO NOT waste your money, LIARS.
