If I could do zero stars I would, firstly I got the app and requested only vegetarian options as I don’t eat any kind of meat but the app still continued to provide me mostly with meat based recipes. I have then emailed perfect body on MULTIPLE occasions to request for a refund (I tried to cancel payment through my PayPal but it didn’t work) to no reply and in addition to this whenever I use the chat bot it says to email cause it’s not working. This is a SCAM do not purchase, there is also multiple hidden charges.

This Perfect Body app is rubbish
This Perfect Body app is rubbish. It just gives meal plans unless you keep paying more and more money and the meal plans are crap. I selected the Hashimotos meal plan and Gluten Free - because everyone says you should be gluten free with Hashimotos. My meal plan included 2 meals per day based on bread!! 😱 I mean wtf when their app can’t even adhere to its own selection criteria. I asked for a full refund because the app doesn’t work and they only offered a partial refund, even though they say they will refund if the app is faulty.
It’s rubbish. Don’t waste your money.

They nickel and dime you
You have to pay for every little thing, although that is not immediately apparent. You sign up thinking you will get support, meal plans and the App but they all require individual payments and it really adds up. I can understand why the workouts would be separate. As far as the meal plans are concerned, they have it set up so once you pay, in order to continue to access the meal plans, you have to keep paying! AND THERE IS NO EASY OR OBVIOUS WAY TO PRINT THEM OUT!! AND, you must go back and forth to see ingredients in one place, amounts in another, and recipe in another.

They DO NOT honour their refund…
They DO not honour their refund promises
I received multiple emails from Perfect Body with increasing discounts, including a promise of a full refund if I was unsatisfied. After signing up, I quickly realized the plan wasn't suitable for me and requested a cancellation within two minutes. They then refused the full refund and offered only a 25% refund, which I found misleading, especially since I have emails confirming the original refund promise.

Does NOT honor Refund Guarantee
Beware, they do NOT honor the 30-day money back guarantee. The app does not work. It locks you out of anything beyond the current day. And it doesn't save your info and I had to repeatedly put in the same information and it kept generating new meal plans. It's faulty, which they promise to refund when there is an app problem, but they don't. They are a shady company like all others that are just playing "gotcha" with their programs to get money.

Client satisfaction not a priority
Registration and set up is really easy and the app allows you to be flexible with exercise and eating plans. HOWEVER, once the initial reduced price of the subscription is up, it automatically renews. The price that was debited from the account is nearly 3 TIMES higher than the initial price with no warning or notification. I cancelled my account and requested a refund, this is where it became messy..... because I had closed my account, they said that they are unable to access ANY information whatsoever. This is a concern as by law, electronic records need to be kept for a certain period of time, they didn't even keep them for 24 hours!!! They hide behind the beloved T's and C's..... how convenient for them and because their information disappears into thin air, they cannot do anything, their hands are tied.... again very convenient for them. I wonder how many other people have been "caught" by this.

I found the recipes were well described. All the ingredients and then the preparations were excellent. If one was not to the liking there is a lot of choices to change.

I ordered a diet plan for $20
I ordered a diet plan for $20. A month later I was charged $49.99 for
"Support" which I did not order or use. The phone # on their web site is answered by either a male or female then disconnects. When you get them through email you get many excuses about why thy can't refund the charges. Be very careful if you are considering ordering from this company.
I have contacted the Helloperfectbody.me website many times and they refuse to refund my money because I canceled the plan. I provided all the proof they asked for but got nowhere.They continue to email me with excuses but I’m out $49.99. Very shady business.
