No Refund Received and Pathetic Customer Care

I waited almost 1 month for my order, when it did arrive in March 2026 two items were not delivered with a delivery note indicating refund. It is now 22 May 2026, and I am still awaiting the refund.
I called their offices with no response or call back on messages. WhatsApp is useless, no response to anything.
I want my refund!
The study bedside table was made poorly and broke within 1 month.
Pathetic customer service!

Shocking lack of communication!!

Shocking lack of communication!!! Not reachable by phone. Seldom reply to e-mails/ Messenger. Informed me on 31 March 2026 that my parcel was on its way. Today is 22 May. STILL NOTHING!!! Seems like a ****. No parcel. No refund. Beware!!!

Order

I placed an order on 17 May 2026 (order number #PDZ6146) and up until today never received an update. I called multiple times, send WhatsApps, called on WhatsApp and even sent an Urgent email which states an agent will get back within a few hours its been 2 days no reply. The status of my order also remains the same since I placed an order and today its Day 5 no update.

LOOK HOW MANY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THIS COMPANY GET, YET THEY STILL ADVERTISE AND STEAL FROM PEOPLE. WHO CAN REMOVE THAT WEBSITE AND GET THE COPS INVOLED TO PUT THOSE EVIL PEOPLE IN PRISON?
WE DEMAND THAT WEBSITE MUST BE BLOCKED AND CASES AGAINST THEM GET THEM THROWN IN PRISON WHERE THEY BELONG.

Very disappointed as it was my first…

Very disappointed as it was my first purchase bought a heating system for my shower and been. Looking forward to use it to my new shower cubicle and it been a week now and when I check it on the system it still showing that it sitting on their despatche it hasn't been dispatched yet what more disappointing is that no one responds to email and WhatsApp chanell called them they telling me it been offloaded from the truck really fed up with them never buying anything from them again

Perfect dealz is a scam, I bought a lounge suite the next thing I get an email saying that the product is out of stock, I should send my banking details for a refund, o did but no response to date , their WhatsApp is greyticked, emails not responded, calls are not answered. Im sick and tired of Perfect dealz

Im sick and tired of Perfect dealz, I order a bread machine on the 2nd of April that cost R1 678 till now I did not recieve my order, when I called i was told it got damaged on the way, and was asked to send my banking details for a refund. I kept on calling and spoke Jason and Tasney and promised to get my money back, they keep on making empty promises. every time i called they asked for my banking details which i emailed them everytime, i feel like they are playing dumb. i regret buying from them.

This company took an order and payment for my order #PDZ4281 a week ago and I haven't heard from Nolan / Jason since. I am trying to reach out to the company's sole director - Mabel Ketlareng Ramagaga - if anyone has his contact details, please do share. They do not answer the phone when I call, or reply to my Whatsapp's, emails, or messages through their website.

Be careful

Be careful. This shop is a scam, they take customers money and never deliver what you bought. You will be calling them everyday and they will be telling you lie after lie . You will send emails and they will never respond! Up until you give up and realize you have been scammed!

POOR RETURN SERVICE

Hi there,

I logged a return request on 3 March and have since sent multiple emails, WhatsApps, and made several calls to follow up.

Last Thursday, I was finally able to speak to someone who confirmed that my return had been booked and that I would receive an email with the collection details. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for that email.

This delay is extremely frustrating. The after-sales service has been very disappointing it feels like there is urgency when selling products, but very little support once a customer needs assistance.

Please can you urgently provide an update and confirm when I will receive the collection details? I would appreciate this being resolved as soon as possible.

I have ordered this from Perfect Dealz on the 3rd January 2026 …

I have ordered this from Perfect Dealz on the 3rd of January but did not receive my product as jet.
My order [Order #PD46974] (03/01/2026) Still waiting for my order. The 4 Jan 26, I receive a parcel with the wrong item.
I ordered the Ultra HD Smart TV Box Q4 Pro 6K Order #PD46974 for R879.00
And they send me this one
MXQ Pro 4K Smart Android TV Box for R359.00
I phoned them the following day and speak to Nolen, he said he'll find out and phoned me back. I'm still waiting his call. Their emails or WhatsApp is not working.
The 13 Jan 25 I phoned again and was told there is a new shipment coming in i should give them chance till Thursday.
Thursday the 15th I phone again after holding on for 30min, it keeps on saying your no 1 in the que. Spoke again to Nolen, than I must hang on he'll find out from the Wearhouse after 25 min of hanging on he said there was a problem with the batch Ultra HD Smart TV Box Q4 Pro 6K and that they will refund me only after the collected the MXQ Pro 4K Smart Android TV Box that they send incorrectly. Still waiting for them to come and collect the MXQ Pro 4K Smart Android TV Box .
Friday the 16th I receive a WhatsApp (now working) to asked:
[16:52, 1/16/2026] +27 64 601 3518: Good day we trust you are doing well, we apologize in the delay of communication and we appreciate your patience, did you receive your order as yet
[17:06, 1/16/2026] Me: No
[17:13, 1/16/2026] +27 64 601 3518: the order is out with the couriers, and it says its out for delivery
[15:16, 1/20/2026] Me: no order received as yet i told you Perfect Dealz is a bunch of liars
[15:18, 1/20/2026] +27 64 601 3518: Please give me your order number
[15:20, 1/20/2026]Me: I ordered the Ultra HD Smart TV Box Q4 Pro 6K [Order #PD46974] (03/01/2026) R879.00. When will I receive my product?
[16:08, 1/20/2026] Me: and now you quiet?
[06:50, 1/21/2026] Me: Friday you said my order is on the way and i gave you my order no yesterday and still no answer? I ordered the Ultra HD Smart TV Box Q4 Pro 6K [Order #PD46974] (03/01/2026) R879.00. When will I receive my product?
As you can see they are just ignoring me.
I spoke to Tabong on the 21 Jan and he said he can’t help he’ll ask Nolen to phone me back. Nolen did not call me back.
They do not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages either.
I contacted payjustnow.com (the company that i did the payment) as well they said in the 28/01/2026: Thanks for reaching out
Please note our merchant support team is still looking into it please allow us some time I will revert back to you.
Till today no product or Explanation or money back.
