I waited almost 1 month for my order, when it did arrive in March 2026 two items were not delivered with a delivery note indicating refund. It is now 22 May 2026, and I am still awaiting the refund.

I placed an order on 17 May 2026 (order number #PDZ6146) and up until today never received an update. I called multiple times, send WhatsApps, called on WhatsApp and even sent an Urgent email which states an agent will get back within a few hours its been 2 days no reply. Very disappointed as it was my first purchase bought a heating system for my shower and been. Im sick and tired of Perfect dealz, I order a bread machine on the 2nd of April that cost R1 678 till now I did not recieve my order, when I called i was told it got damaged on the way, and was asked to send my banking details for a refund. I kept on calling and spoke Jason and Tasney and promised to get my money back, they keep on making empty promises. every time i called they asked for my banking details which i emailed them everytime, i feel like they are playing dumb. i regret buying from them.

I logged a return request on 3 March and have since sent multiple emails, WhatsApps, and made several calls to follow up.
Last Thursday, I was finally able to speak to someone who confirmed that my return had been booked and that I would receive an email with the collection details. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for that email.
This delay is extremely frustrating. The after-sales service has been very disappointing it feels like there is urgency when selling products, but very little support once a customer needs assistance.
Please can you urgently provide an update and confirm when I will receive the collection details? I would appreciate this being resolved as soon as possible.

Spoke again to Nolen, than I must hang on he'll find out from the Wearhouse after 25 min of hanging on he said there was a problem with the batch Ultra HD Smart TV Box Q4 Pro 6K and that they will refund me only after the collected the MXQ Pro 4K Smart Android TV Box that they send incorrectly. Still waiting for them to come and collect the MXQ Pro 4K Smart Android TV Box .

I spoke to Tabong on the 21 Jan and he said he can’t help he’ll ask Nolen to phone me back. Nolen did not call me back.
They do not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages either.
I contacted payjustnow.com (the company that i did the payment) as well they said in the 28/01/2026: Thanks for reaching out
