Mostly a good service and good beers better than out of a can. Pick-up service by yodel for empties isn’t always available so be prepared to take empty kegs to a yodel pick up point in some areas.

Good selection of beers

Good selection of beers. Really pleased they have Northern Monk beers now. Took advantage of one of the packs to get 3 kegs I like on offer. Fast delivery and great tasting cold beer.

Yodel guy spot on

Yodel delivery and collection guy is spot on. I love the draught beer experience but as most things these days it’s getting a bit expensive. Only buy the deals every now and then

I like the overall concept, but returns often have an issue

I like the overall concept and product. But returns often have an issue. It takes a long time for the credit to be given, previously I've had to chase credit as not recieved, was told I have to raise issues quicker. But this is impossible when it sat 'Credit pending'. I currently have 4 credits pending going back to 9 February, so will query, but really shouldn't have to

Late delivery, but made good in end

A star deducted due to a poor experience with the delivery of a tap. To cut a (very) long story short, we ordered a tap on 17 March, but it was misdirected. When a replacement was resent it was subjected to unexplained delays and poor tracking from Seur, until eventually being delivered on 15 April. Customer service was slow off the mark, but eventually stepped in and offered a compensation for the delay. I think that Perfectdraft just need to tighten their engagement with their delivery company account manager and be more proactive in chasing down late deliveries. All that said, we are very pleased with the unit so far and, hopefully, it will continue to work well. The first drinks have been very good, and we are hopeful that future ones will be equally as enjoyable.

Ordering was simple and the choice of…

Ordering was simple and the choice of beers is increasing regularly.
This time I ordered the Hawkstone lager and it came quickly.
Have to say this keg is now my favourite it’s a beautiful pint and pours lovely.
Will certainly be ordering more.

Good experience overall

Good experience overall, realistically delivery is now two days and not next day (in my area at least).but that is a minor issue, just need to plan better. It would be good if they were better at offering discount codes to customers who buy regularly (hint hint).

Delivered wrong keg no help

Delivered keg on friday, wrong one sent got a cheap cider, emailed and raised a ticket, had an email back asking for invoice no , sent it straight back , heard nothing since but had emails asking how i rated customer service , what a joke
We needed as was having people round saturday

I have been using the beer machine…

I have been using the beer machine since Christmas. I have tried the delivery or batches of three kegs at a time and the collection of my finished beer kegs. I am extremely happy with the service. I have had no problems what so ever with delivery of new kegs or collection of finished ones. I'm happy with the service.
The beer I have drunk is excellent in taste and freshness, I enjoy using the app on my phone. I recently tried some cider and was also very happy. For entertaining, it is the way to go, or if you feel like a sneaky beer during the week, that's also fine.

The app is easy to use and a they have a great choice of drinks

The app is easy to use and ordered every easily. Great selection of kegs. The only issues I had were with the delivery service. I didn’t realise that my packages would be shipped in 3 different lots so when I thought I’d changed the delivery date for all of it it was just for one part. It was only once I’d checked the emails from the delivery company that I noticed the 3 different tracking numbers. This needs to be clearer upon ordering
