Mostly a good service and good beers better than out of a can. Pick-up service by yodel for empties isn’t always available so be prepared to take empty kegs to a yodel pick up point in some areas.

Great customer service.
Great sceme of returning kegs and earning £5 per keg - collection is fast and efficient - money is added to account quickly to use on next order.
Would highly recommend.

No clear assembly instructions

Too soon to comment on the Beer dispenser, but the instructions were hopeless. Not everyone can use technology to download information, especially when it doesn't, work very well. Still trying to complete assembly and looking on Youtube for help. Delivery and packaging were fine.

Ordering process simple and easy

Ordering process simple and easy, delivery came and hour after the stated time slot after the driver sat outside the house for an hour and drove off then came back again around 45 minutes later.

The beer machine itself is far better…

The beer machine itself is far better than I hoped. The kegs are easy to install and remove. The delivery of my 1st keg was 3 days perfect in that respect to. Beer tastes great what more do you want for out the back summer evenings.Very happy 👍

The pleasure of draft beer at home

I love being able to have draft beer at home, particularly being able to set the perfect temperature. It is a little frothy sometimes but mostly ok. Definitely much better than canned beer. Unfortunately there are not that many I like and ghost ship has been withdrawn. That’s why 4 stars and not 5. Neckoil would be a good addition too.

Machine is good

Machine is good, but I usually only buy when they have an offer.
Unfortunately they often don't have the lager's or pilsner that I like on offer.
That's why I'm only giving 3 stars.
Customer service I have found are OK although other reviews are saying different, but any issues I have had have been sorted relatively quickly and to my satisfaction.

Poor service

Poor service , ordered on the Tuesday said it would arrive on the Thursday

Checked with yodel and it said they had it but wasn’t out for delivery yet

Didn’t arrive which ment I didn’t have any kegs for a party

Got refunded and that was that

Order is fine. Yodel are rubbish.

Order is always delivered in a timely manner and without a problem.
Keg pick up is an issue but it's more a problem with Yodel than perfect draft. Yodel emailed me to say pickup hadn't been possible but they hadn't even attempted the pick up so had to rearrange it and stay in for a 2nd day.

My orders always arrive on time and the next day delivery by yodel. I seem to have the same driver every time and he his brilliant if I’m not in he leaves them in a safe place. I returned kegs last week book next day pick up. Everything went fine. Would recommend perfect draft.

I ordered a beer collection and pick up…

I ordered a beer collection and pick up for the same day. The beer delivery arrived but the collection was 4 days later. It should be possible to synchronise the events.

No order delivered!

I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order. I have not yet received either the order itself or the refund I am owed.

What concerns me further is that I have received no reply for several days. This level of communication is unacceptable, especially for a loyal customer who spends thousands of pounds with your company each year.

Until I receive either my order or my refund, I will not be placing any further orders through your website.

Given the inconvenience and the poor customer service I have experienced, I expect to receive my order along with the PerfectDraft glasses and my refund!
