This company was recommended by a relative for our 1st time hosting a golf fundraiser and it's been better than we could have asked for. Carson Bell follow up after our initial inquiry got the ball rolling and it's been fantastic ever since. Carson's support throughout this process is what's made the difference. I can't thank him enough for all that he's done to make this work. We have exceeded our goals for fundraising, and the site has given us all the data we need to produce the reports needed.

Conversation was excellent
Conversation was excellent. First contact and contract signed within first 24 hours, we modified two more times increasing participation. Again immediate response. Liked the opportunity to have 3 winners on the 20,000 share with charity. Also liked the other prizes on the other par 3 give away. Will be back again this year with hopefully same prizes as soon as we set the date for 2027.

Excellent platform for organizing our Golf event. After using paper and emails for the past 8 years we felt it was time to get with the times. Perfect Golf Event is easy to use and has made registration and tracking so much easier.

The website offers so many features that help track every aspect - It is their support team that really sets them apart. Cordial, quick competent ... just Excellent!
I've even learned some things by attending their seminars that have helped us grow our event to be one of the Premier Events of the Capital Region of New York

We had a Hole in One on May 29th!
I have run 40+ golf outings and never had a hole in one until this year. All the pre-outing needs were clearly communicated and easy to submit. Hole in one paperwork was easy and hassle free. Thank you again everyone!

I purchased Hole in One Insurance with them for our event on May 1st. We had to change the policy two separate times and they did not give me any issues. This is my second year using Perfect Golf Events and they have been top notch!

Customer service!
Customer service was amazing. I was able to ask them to repeat a design they did for me in previous years which they were able to do. They responded quickly and adapted to changes quickly and easily.
