This is the second year we’ve used perfect golf event service. We love the tools they provide the financial accounting site is seamless. It allows us to raise money for childhood cancer and focus on the evwnt versus worrying about administrative part of the tournament. Highly recommended

Since I have used this website for registration for 3 years now, it has always been a great experience. Once someone registers, you can't accidently delete them like you can in excel. Super helpful from reports to streamlining the event details and sending out blast emails to golfers.
Customer Service is always the best. I have bought golfer gifts and customized logo items, and the marketing team is great. Really easy to deal with.
Can't say enough good things about this company.

I have purchased packages and swag bag items from the Perfect Golf Event for 11 years. There professionalism is outstanding and the quality of there signs and swag bag items are great. This year one of our golfers hit a Hole In One for the Tesla Model 3. There quick response to the winner was awesome! I highly recommend using the Perfect Golf Event!

PGE was easy to use and made setting up…
PGE was easy to use and made setting up our event, registration, sponsorships, and donations a breeze. The portal side of it was confusing for about an hour, but the more I played around with it, the easier it became. I started the website around April of 2025, and our event was in September of 2025.
Connecting the bank account to the site was easy, and made requesting funds simple. A few clicks of a button, and in about 2 business days, we had the amount requested.
I definitely recommend using Perfect Golf Event.
I opted for the free version because this was our first golf fundraiser. Next year, I will be upgrading to a higher level.

I can't recommend this site enough! This was our second year with Perfect Golf Event. It makes the registration process so simple for both the players and the admins for reporting, invoices/payments, player lists, and more. The website feature is a huge benefit to be able to promote our tournament.

My second charity golf tournament was stressful enough. It’s in memory of my late husband. I wanted to change it up a bit and called these fellas for a hole in one chance for everyone. I felt super excited to be able to offer this and the ease in getting to the point of setting it up made me think how fun this would be.

Seamless Experience with Excellent Support
We had a fantastic experience using Perfect Golf Event to host our inaugural Golf Classic. The platform was incredibly easy to navigate and made organizing our event smooth from start to finish. Their customer service team was prompt, helpful, and always available to answer questions, which made a huge difference during the planning process.
We also ordered golf towels through their store to use as giveaways, and they were a hit. Excellent quality and a great touch for our participants.
We would absolutely recommend Perfect Golf Event to anyone planning a golf outing and will be considering them again for future events.

Easy seamless process
I have my first golf outing coming up the end of the month. Perfectgolfevent has made things so easy. Carson my account manager has been a godsend. Helped me all along the way from building the website to managing payments and mass communication with everyone participating in the outing. Turning this into an annual event and will be absolutely using PerfectGolfEvent every year.

I wanted to elevate our annual employee tournament this year and selected the 20K charity split hole in one package. The Perfect Golf team was excellent in answering my questions quickly.
