We purchased dining chairs but the quality was bad. My wife sat on the chair and it broke. The chairs at Perfect Home are no different to what you get at Wayfair but cost way more at Perfect Home. Don't waste your money.
We were also fraudulently sold
a warranty by Perfect Home. Sandra, desperate to make a sale and her commission, said something along the lines of "oh if anything goes wrong with the chair, simply bring it to the store and we will sort it". It was a lie.
What she actually sold (and made a bit of commission on) for around $300 was a policy with a scam warranty company called GUARDSMAN.
Google Guardsman reviews and it will tell you everything you need to know. It's a scam - do not fall for any warranty that Perfect Home try to force on you. The warranty is not with them, but they will lead you to believe it is.
Guardsman is not honouring any claim it seems, so I wasn't the only one this happened to.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Perfect Home Furniture. I purchased a $900 piece of art that arrived visibly damaged, with the frame exposed through the packaging. To make matters worse, I was charged $90 for delivery, only to receive a broken item.
When I contacted customer service, I followed all their instructions to submit a warranty claim with photos, as per their process. Despite making it clear that I preferred a refund, they ignored my request and instead offered an unacceptable resolution. Even after escalating the issue, they failed to address my concerns or provide any timeline for resolving this matter.
My email explaining the situation and requesting a refund was not even acknowledged. Now, I am left with a damaged product and no solution from the company. This experience raises serious concerns about their quality control, customer service, and lack of accountability.
I expected better from a company that markets itself as a premium furniture retailer. I will never shop here again, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this business.

They didn’t have the end tables I wanted in store so was shown them on their screen. They do not work, as the colour is not white but a yellow beige. Was told they would not return as they were special order???? I was never told they were Special order nor was I told they were final sale.

Perfect home has very bad return policy. If you are 100%sure then buy from them. If for any reason you find your furniture size is not fitting in your room. Perfect home would not return and even if they return would deduct significant amount. So pleae please make sure what you are buying from them as it seems to be kind of final deal. I have recently bought some sofas and chairs from them from their Heritage branch in Calgary and have faced this issue customer service people don't even reply to your emails or calls. Thanks

Worst Customer Service
Worst customer service. Special ordered a recliner. Told I could return for credit or partial refund if I was not satisfied. Called to say not satisfied, was supposed to have someone call me back. No call back. I called back and was told absolutely no returns, especially on special orders. Basically, they tell you one thing to make the sale and immediately go back on their word. Will never go back or recommend. Absolutely brutal.

Won,t buy another item from them, brought a tumble dyer from them and just gone out of warrenty, the manafacture is not resposible for repairs to it after it now cuts out after 5 minutes, PERFECT HOMES reply = You will have to have it repaired yourself as our insurance doesnt cover it but we still want payments, Very frustrating as I belive until i finish paying for it, then it isnt my item. Do not use this company unless you take an extended warrenty for the item.

Daughter woke me to the smell of smoke last night. Ran down to find the plug of the dryer had smoke coming from it. Immediately shut off the electricity and pulled it out from the socket.

Also called same day and did not get 24 hour callback AGAIN . Weeks and weeks of this and fed up . Spent over £1000 on this fridge freezer worth half the price and receiving half the service I'd get anywhere else.

I purchased my sofa 2 years ago and had nothing but trouble with it,, it’s been repaired 6 times for the same re-accruing problem and I was told by eco-master if it went again it’s beyond repair and guess what it’s gone again,, I have rang them to ask them to come and collect my sofa and they said they have to be in good working order and I have told them they will never be in good working order as they are beyond repair and because eco-master didn’t put that in there report and they gentleman told us they are beyond repair they aren’t believing what I am saying. We can’t even have visitor to our house because no-one can sit on the sofas. All this has been going on for the pass 2 years and I think it’s just beyond a joke now. Please do not buy from this company I have had nothing but trouble with them I would never ever buy from them again !!!

So i put a insuarance claim in as my tv accidentally broke... been paying perfect homes 120 pound a month for 2 years... got left with no tv for a month to be sent a faulty one back ive sent them evidence off the tv not working and I'm getting emails saying nothing can be done but to terminate the agreement so ive payed over a thousand pound and they want me to send the faulty tv back what they shouldn't have sent in the first place and leave me with nothing I've called the company over 20 times and not one adviser has helped me i keep trying everyday for them to resolved this and not getting anywhere so I am going to try again for the next week and if they don't do anything I'm taking it to trading standards anybody reading this I wouldnt even bother getting something of this company because they are no help, ive got 3 items with them just payed one off yesterday still no help nearly 2 months later I'm still in the same situation.
