I have been with perfect homes for 4 years, never missed a payment and had great service. My item was fully paid and some money was owed to me due to an error, as soon as i called them they refunded immediately no hassle. Amazing Company and I would highly recommend if you need help for items but can not afford a one off payment. I for one will definitely use them again in the future, thanks Perfect Homes Clare Maynard.
I got a corner sofa from perfect homes on 29/10/19 it had what looks like a blood stain so that day I asked for it to be changed .
Well what a joke about 20 calls and 10 emails and pictures I have decided to return it nobody had a clue not one of them.
Pinky and perky didnt get a look in.
It wasn't till I missed the first payment that prompted things I was not prepared to pay for faulty goods for£2500 no way so they can take it back.
There after sales service I rate 00000 not even 1.
Honestly shocking and they werentveven bothered just kept passing it over to somebody else .
