We recently purchased our new lawn from Perfectly Green. Their customer care is outstanding, and their products match!

I contacted them on a Friday afternoon, samples arrived Saturday, I ordered on the Monday and it was delivered - in their own van - on the Thursday, just 6 days after initial contact. The sales person (Ed, who I later found out is new to the firm) was brilliant, and the lady who brought the turf was cheerful and even waited while my workmen used her special trolley to deliver the grass to my rear garden. I was so impressed when their own van delivered our grass as we knew it would have been handled properly.

We bought a grass called Senna, which is so soft and looks really natural. Our garden is transformed. We couldn’t be more happy!

I ordered a few samples from this company - very helpful and contacted me by email before sending to me - which was actually great, as they asked about my project and tried to match the best samples to budget and the fact I was laying onto concrete rather than a sub-soil. I thought a PU backing was best for my project and they confirmed this. When I received the samples I was very impressed with the high quality of the grasses and the good choice on offer - including a good price per sq.m.

I won't be picking a grass from this seller this time - as my husband has chosen a product on sale with
another company, but I was very impressed with the quality of the grass and importantly the backing on their samples.
