Iwona provides an excellent massage at an affordable price in a relaxing environment. I felt myself sink deeper and deeper into a blissful state of relaxation all while Iwona listened and talked me through the process. The massage felt totally professional! I was comfortable at all times, my body felt better for it and I would recommend it.

Iwona knows her stuff! The last session I had was about a very specific issue with my arm. After a few questions and some exploratory stretches to check her suspicion, she understood what the problem was and got to work. Two days later and the issue has gone. And all of this is a warm and friendly environment, Iwona knows how to put someone at ease, she is a pleasure to work with.

Instantly made me feel welcome and relaxed. Explained everything that she was doing and checked that it was not too painful. Little did I know how tense I was until my first shoulder was complete quickly followed by my other shoulder. What a difference in how I felt at the end of the massage. If only this was available at work everyday! Workplace massage is an excellent idea and would recommend this to anyone. The service provided was efficient, professional and just what the doctor ordered. Hope this becomes a regular event at my workplace as it is well worth it.

Nothing less than utterly amazing. I have a lot of pain in my shoulders and neck that has increasingly been getting worse. I went to Iwona very reluctantly as I struggle to relax, and trust the process. Iwona goes above and beyond to deliver a very personalised experience, and gives you exercises to take away to help continue the healing. Iwona listens to all your concerns, and takes her time to ensure you’re as relaxed as possible. I now go to Iwona regularly, and look forward to it. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I really don't like being touched so the thought of going for a massage, just fills me with dread. Iwona was very professional and made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and welcomed. I forgot I was having a massage. Her professional, therapeutic and gentle manner made it worth while and I actually looked forward to my next session. Although I have not had many massages before, I felt relaxed for the full massage and appreciated Iwona targeting areas in my back that were giving me bother. Felt really good after having the massage.

I invited Perfect Therapy to our office to give massages to the team to help ease some of the muscle tension from desk working. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their massage; Iwona was very attentive to individual needs and we all enjoyed a 20-minute chair massage. We will definitely be inviting her back again!
