We were promised a 10% increase in profit be the end o the year, and lowering costs and making adjustments in investments and expenses. At the end of 2021, we didn't see results. We even did well the year before without their help. The money we were supposed to save were spent on them, which didn't give anything in return. They were full of promises, and completely INCOMPETENT!
