I ordered on may 19th and still no answer, the last email i have received was awaiting shipment. Disappointing that I have to wait this long. I want my refund ! If not , I am reporting fraud

Credit card company issued my refund, and filed complaint with the powers that be...whatever that means. Waited for months for response and still nothing from this POS seller.

I have been waiting months for an order of headlights. They will not answer voicemails or emails. I want a refund issued today or i will call fraud with the credit card company as well. Order Number is 32143

Worst company ever to deal with. They don’t respond to inquiries unless you give them a poor review here, apparently.
Please refund order 32245 immediately. My next step will be reporting fraud to my credit card company.

Absolute bullsheet company. Ordered parts middle of may this year, order number #32193 changed status to awaiting shipping, nothing no follow up from them or anything, tried emailing them 3 times, can't get through on the phone, complete scam.

Well I've waited a fair amount of time before leaving another review and after only 1 single reply from them saying I would recieve somthing this week and clearly that will not be the case not only was my original service poor but the resolution service was also poor. since this is the only way to contact this buisness Refund order 32230.

I had ordered parts for my jeep April 15th, spent just over $320. You guys emailed me April 28th saying it has been shipped. It is June 24th and still no parts. Or any sort of update. I live less than an hour from your facility. Either give me an update. A tracking number or refund my purchase and I'll buy somewhere else.

Spent $300 in parts a month ago, no tracking number no nothing. I can’t get through via email; whenever I call it says the line is busy when it obviously isn’t. If you’re coming up as the first place on Google, get your act together. You have no good reviews. Might as well get off marketplace. These were needed for a trip to the Yukon. Order number #32650

Terrible experience! I ordered headlights for a Silverado on 6/7. On 6/14 it said my item was available for shipping. They charged my card and I have not received any information since then. Sent multiple emails with no reply. Left several voicemails with no reply. Mailbox is now full and can’t contact anyone. They replied to my email pre-order within an hour and now I can’t get any response. Demanded a refund and still no reply. If the items aren’t shipped, I want a refund! Terrible way to do business and from what I see on here, they always have a BS excuse. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I want my headlights or my money back!

Order #32170. Ordered two different sets of headlights for both trucks I have and a set of fender flares on May 17, 2022. Can’t get ahold of anyone and have sent multiple emails. Over $1100 spent and you treat your customers like this?? Will be calling my credit card company and having them launch an investigation and hopefully they can get my money back.
