Went in one night to MacArthur glen designer outlet at York and Stella in the perfume shop helped me to chose a perfume for myself and one for a friend we were in the shop for ages and Stella’s patience never wore thin. We returned to the store a few days later to purchase the perfume I had chosen and I asked directly for Stella. The whole process of chosing and buying perfume at the perfume shop was fantastic and Stella deserves a gold medal for her patience her friendliness and her absolute knowledge of every perfume I asked about . I could not say thank you enough for her help and I asked for the perfumes to be gift wrapped which were expertly done and you could put a message on the gift bow yourself which was just a very personal touch . Thank you so very much Stella we shall return in due course

Amazing bunch of ladies! Amy in the abbey centre branch couldn’t have been more helpful in my recent purchase. Excellent knowledge of products, so helpful and polite during my whole interaction with her. Following an upsetting customer service interaction in a neighbouring store, the girls at the perfume shop really made a difference to my experience in the abbey centre!
