Quality colognes and shipping was fast the week before christmas...good stuff. Package was in good condition but that was USPS. I was surprised how quickly it was shipped.

Sketchy Product
I received my cologne (# 128185) and upon inspecting the bottle I noticed that it was missing a sticker at the bottom. Now, I have no way of verifying whether the bottle is genuine or even match the description on the box packaging. I immediately contacted Perfumebox. The rep Jennifer requested pictures. I promptly sent the pictures. She sent me a return label and I sent back the cologne. She stated that I would be refunded as soon as Perfumebox received the cologne back. Perfumebox has since received the cologne. Perfumebox has refused to refund my purchase amount despite numerous emails. I am filing a dispute with my bank. I had high hopes for this company. Never again!

Don’t do it it’s fraud/ scam
Don’t do it it’s fraud, I spent $96 and never received my item when you tried to call them and gives you a message about due to Covid. He won’t be able to ever speak to a real person sent them emails… I send emails and the only thing they tell me as there’s nothing we can do it shows delivered!! Which never delivered!! They are a scam!
