The order processing was smooth, the perfume was well packaged and delivered in a timely manner. I'm glad to see that old fragrances are still carried by some retailers at a reasonable price.

Very nice service and perfume but not send any confirmation mail after placing order because of that customer gets confused why no confirmation. I only get mail while shipped. But overall delivered within 3 days.

I purchased a perfume along with the bottle insurance, when I received the package, bottle was badly leaking- which is completely fine- happens some time. I reached out to customer service with photo, they asked me to send proper video- which I sent was very much clear showing extreme bad leak and fully wet product- then back and forth emails, not agreeing to payback or send replacement bottle- asking me to take 25% refund- which shows no matter you take insurance or not, they are fooling us. Gave me option to return and droppoff at some courier and said after assessment they can refund me, which I said arrange the pickup, but they don't want to do that at all. There is extremely poor customer service.
I am still waiting for further reply, outhervise I am definitely going to show everything to consumer court, will atleast ask to shutoff this fake insurance, and appeal an action on this as it becomes frustrating as I am just taking headache for a 70$ perfume.

See how frustrating is this,I purchased online trusting on this site, paid exra for insurance, at the end got damaged product, no one is heling out. They just want me to bare the loss without any reason.
Will prefer to purchase in store going on.

Smells like the perfume went wrong. I was expecting the sweet vanilla flavour I smelled when testing it in a perfume shop but this one just smelled like gasoline majorly
