Very disappointed

Very disappointed, frustrating experience

I bought a Lacoste Red perfume on Walmart sold by PerfumesAmerica. The image showed the original classic bottle, but what I received came in totally different packaging. I explained that I purchased it specifically because of that image, but they brushed it off saying Walmart controls the photos. I asked for a partial refund and they firmly refused. On top of that, although it came sealed, the perfume had a very strong smell and I felt forced to open it. It was damp inside — clearly damaged. My mom smelled it and told me I had to throw it away. After that, PerfumesAmerica stopped responding to my emails. I lost my money, and the excitement I had while waiting for the package turned into major disappointment. If it weren’t for the misleading ad, I would’ve bought it from FragranceNet, which is much more reliable. Do not buy from PerfumesAmerica
