Great item and arrived on time willl buy again

Placed an order and received it 3 days later.no issues,happy with product.

Not impressed with this company, I ordered some perfume on the 8 th October for a birthday present. I have chased a number of times but still have not received it or an email confirming dispatch. They were quick to take the money though and on the 17 th October still no news, perfume or apology.

they dont have the stock and came up with a lie as to why they would not supply the order over a week later, fraud company avoid!!!

One week from order to delivery. That’s fine by me. Thanks.

Do not order I ordered perfume for a gift that got cancled with no reason and then had to wait for refund no reason at all and customer care is absolutely shocking not one answer to my emails never again

Despite having read some negative reviews online, I decided to give Perfumes Of London a try anyway, & I can honestly say I had a really positive experience from placing my order to prompt delivery & regular email updates. I will be ordering from them again & hope for the same great service.

The box arrived and had been squashed. It was a very important gift for an important person, given the cost of living crisis I feel very upset to have received an item in poor condition after spending the amount of money I did

this company lists perfumes they do not have ordered perfume for wifes birthday confirmed order then3 days later got email saying the last one they had in stock was damaged choose another and they will give 5% discount my advise is buy from a reputable company no way will they get my business from me ever again

I ordered an item for a birthday gift it never arrived. I then noticed that I’d been refunded with no explanation or contact from them, reading some of the other reviews I’m just grateful I got the money back at all.

Wish I had read the rubbish reviews for this company before ordering. I cannot get a response from them for a perfume I ordered as a birthday gift - now 2 weeks late. DO NOT order with this unprofessional shower.

Ordered a perfume 27/10/2021
Heard nothing, messaged them 18/11 asking where perfume was. Recieved message today 19/11, saying we are very busy blahblah,in order to expedite your order we are issuing a refund, this could take between 7-10 days !!!
i thought expedite meant to speed up NOT bloody GIVE UP, and to then have to wait for money back p**s poor Dont deal with them amateurs

One of the worst companies to order with. Can’t actually believe it’s a legitimate company. I ordered something two weeks ago. Still hasn’t arrived. Been trying to call the phone number, probably called about 50 times, no one picks up. I’ve sent them a few emails, no-ones replies to that. I’ve even tried to contact them via the contact form on their website but got no response to that aswell. I’ve literally paid for an item that I haven’t received nor have I had an email regarding my order. They’ve taken my money and I don’t even think there’s any way I can get hold of any of them to either track my package or get my money back. Worst company gave me the worst customer experience.
